Transcend: To pass beyond a human limit; to exist above and independent of the material experience and the universe.
Join us for the next in our series exploring the art of transcendence. Come learn together how to live fully, richly, deeply in the world but not be of it. Find peace in your relationships, starting with yourself. All are welcome.
The featured image is a picture of my backyard that I took the first time I saw it before we bought it. I was snapping pictures and didn’t even notice the orb moving upward and the ones on the inside until years later. This is in this yard where I talk to Einstein and the Party, as if it’s a portal, a “Clarity overlap” as he will go on to tell us in this reading.

Here we are, it’s January 26, 2020, which adds up to 4 (1+2+6+2+2=13; 1+3=4), by the way. I am in Lake Superior. There’s the most beautiful snow falling down and the silent trees surrounding us in all directions as we sit in the middle of the woods.
Wherever you are, get very comfortable. Start to slow your breathing down a bit and empty out your thoughts. Settle in. Open up your mind to receive information. Relax your neck and shoulders and be in that sacred space, that empty space.
From there, we will command that only the most divine light shine down upon us at this time, and the greatest good be present here.
Indeed this circle of souls who are able to be perceived by those of you who are willing to look, we want to say, we are grateful that you look for this grand experiment. For all of the gratitude that you have for your lives, we also have for ours and for this experience that we are able to have with you.
This exciting new year, 2020—we had talked last time we convened about balance being the thematic of this year. We’re going carry that on into our upgraded discussion of pragmatic transcendence. Indeed you’ve discovered our secret. All of these many, many years that we have been working through Barbara and on this particular platform, we have been slowly tiptoeing up behind you to show you what transcendence really means in a practical way.
We didn’t call it “transcendence” because there were cultural disadvantages to [using] a broad stroke brush, such as “ascension,” “transcendence,” or “evolution.” We wanted to first just show you what transcendence is, get you understanding it. Then, when you realize that this is what you have been studying and doing, you get a leg up. Like you get to skip a few grades.
These conversation we’re having with you about transcendence and looking back on your deathbed is the vehicle with which you skip ahead. You don’t wait for your deathbed to do those things. You do them well before you get there. When you do that, evolution and the ascension and all those other things are affected.
So yes, you are helping the evolution of the entire human consciousness. You are ascending to a sense that you are rising above the material world, which is part of the definition [of transcendence]: “independent of and above the material experience.” The “material experience” is the Lens and you and your body. Then “the universe” means the universe you perceive with your body in the Lens. That is Maps of Human Consciousness 101. There’s the Lens quite clearly.
Map of Human Consciousness
There is an experience above and independent of the Lens. You might think that it’s not because it’s one and the same [system]. However, it’s independent of the Lens in that, what goes on in the Lens is dependent upon what’s going on in the rest of the system. You really are more than just the Lens of your human experience.
0:05:15.5
To teach you pragmatic transcendence, we have to use your physical body. You have to be the one in the Lens. Because frankly, without all your physical bodies, there is no universe. There’s a lot of energy waiting to be organized into it. But it’s when you stick your hand in the swirling chaos and create the physical body that you create the Lens, that you create the whole universe.
Still, so much more of who you are is not the material experience or the universe. It is the greatest part that is fueling that incredible creation into reality. So let’s go into that Lens.
Let’s get you all back into your chairs, out of that eternal part of you and into that finite life of Barbara or Jojo or Robin or Heike or David or whoever else is listening, Carmen: get back into your bodies right now. It’s January 26, 2020 and Barbara is in Lake Superior, David is in Australia, Carmen in is Romania, Robin’s in Portland and Jojo’s in Canada. We have a network of communication that is also hooked up to all the others who are practicing compassion in their own processes, of which there are billions of people. Even a tribe of people who live far back into the jungle who aren’t a part of modern culture who don’t particularly have a religion except for that of the Earth. They are compassion if they are loving their child and loving each other, being a part of a community, being part of neighbors. That compassion. That’s regeneration.
We want to remind you how anchored you are in compassion and remind you, we’re not anchoring you—we are just reminding you that you are already anchored to compassion. When your consciousness expands, you become aware that you are part of that network, too. It’s a huge network. It’s the essence of the God energy. When you truly dedicate yourself to working for the good of all and the good of the whole, starting with yourself, you tap into that power. We need all of you tapping into that power that you are right now.
It doesn’t matter what’s going on in the material experience or the universe. Something will be going on if you put your hand in there and create a hand puppet that’s your human self. Something chaotic will always be going on in the physical realm. The goal has been to go in over and over and over again until you finally start to change from the Clarity point of view. You start to change what manifests in the physical Lens by changing what’s manifesting in the “Clarity overlap,” maybe we can say. There’s a place where the Clarity overlaps with the physical world. It’s your body.
By manipulating that energy that’s coming through your body in a way that’s for the good of all, you become powerhouses. In pragmatic transcendence, one of the most practical ways is the setting of the intention and the visioning the fire in your belly that you would rather die than not manifest what is for the good of the whole. If you can’t be a beacon of that shining light, then you don’t want to come back and live another life where you’re any less than committed to that.
That, interestingly, is about being what we’ve often called the “lead life.” That is, that you are, in 2020, the physical life that is encompassing the thoughts/ feeling/ senses—Emotion/ Intuition/ Intellect of all the other lives that you’ve lived—this “lead life” is the life of transcendence. This is what you’re doing.
We’re so very proud of all of you. We can’t even begin to tell you how much farther along you’re doing than we would have imagined. Not that we didn’t think you could, but it’s just a brilliant display of opening when you see humans letting go in that way, furthering the anchor of this Compassion deeper into the planet.
That’s the whole idea. That’s how we’re going to get to where we’re going. You’re a part of that process.
In this [idea] of taking the airplane for a ride instead of just sitting in the library [reading about how to fly] is about channeling that real, natural fear. The fear of change is another emotion that you can use to your advantage. Or you can let it overcome you and eat you to a disadvantage.
Take that fear and channel it into that passion that you want cultivate courage now. Now, while you are alive, while you have a body. You have a chance, all of you who are listening, to change the world by cultivating courage in yourself now. Step up and be exactly what you need to be and what you want to be. So much of that really begins with self-care.
0:12:00.3
We can’t stress this enough: self-care will filter into the manifestation. That loving influence of self-care will emanate from you. People need permission, more than ever in this world, to self-care. People need permission to practice self-love.
The idea of going to your death bed is to ask yourself, do you want to hang on to this person? Do you want to hang on like you’ll live forever? Whether it be that you’re angry or bitter at someone or you’re blaming someone, there’s an attachment. That limits transcendence and synchronicity. Getting attached to someone or something, as if they are the source, weakens you. You’re starting to give away your power and not take care for yourself.
0:13:26.0
People carry resentments on into lifetimes. Resentment or anger or blame, those emotions and stories attach you. It’s simple, but it’s hard to remember when you’re in the emotion. Not because it’s hard to feel, but because intellectually, your mind is going to race. The more you feel, the more your mind is triggered to race and race in order to suppress those feelings or keep them safe, keep them contained, don’t really feel them.
But you need to feel them all because you want to live your life with passion. You want to make a difference by taking care and control of yourself.
In your self-study to get control of your domain, remember these things: when you’re imagining yourself at the end of life, remember that you can’t really imagine how it will be, not until you’re there. But you can meditate on other deaths that you have had in the many lives that you’ve lived. Do so with the intention to, when you lie down in your meditation, create a basket of love and calm, tenderness and support inside yourself in this moment. Prepare to receive the ghosts of your former self and of other lives who have experienced death. This exercise helps to diminish the fear of that transition. Because trust us, you’ve made it many times before. To think that you haven’t is an insult to what your body knows. Even if you don’t believe in [reincarnation], it helps you understand through empathy with the other lives. What we want to explain the mechanics of it.
0:15:44.1
When you’re at the end of life and you realize that you didn’t live your passion, there’s a bitterness, this deep regret that you wasted your life as you take your last breath. That [programmatic] energy, just like all the other energy that you’ve lived in that life, gets trapped in the cycle again. As the body dies away, your string is still spinning with that abscess on it.
Looking at the bigger picture, we’re on this mission to create, life after life, a world that is manifest in peace and regeneration. Here’s one more life. It’s OK, there’s no time, [after all]. But if you’re studying to be a pilot, then you’re going to want to [get out to the tarmac] before you get to the end [of your life], when you may not have a chance to. Let go of that resentment with that person or that blame that you’re putting on your father for doing this, or your mother for not doing that, or your sister for whatever.
0:17:28.5
Bear in mind, pragmatically, this isn’t an insinuation that you are supposed to suddenly make friends with all of those people [you have resentment and attachment to], like you’re suddenly supposed to create one big happy family. What it means is that you do your work in your decision-making process, as in feeling and breathing emotion. Take that emotion that gets triggered around, say, the idea that it’s your father’s fault that you’re traumatized, and re-direct. Pull it out with intention. Use a strong, intentional intellectual structure that you’ve created for yourself to say, “I release you. Hoʻoponopono. Thank you for allowing me to access this deep energy.” You keep working it until you empty out your basement [of the resentment] while you still have a body.
It always seems like it’s going to last forever and you’re never going to get out of it when you’re in the middle of feeling these deep and uncomfortable emotions. That’s the tricky point of the process. But step out into the Witness and have such self awareness that you can replace those thoughts. You can have this preternatural preparedness for those moments because you know they are coming. This intricate work, it’s the active, as opposed to the contemplative. You’re not just thinking about these things and talking about them with your friends.
You’re here, day after day after day. There’s nothing else to do and there’s nowhere else to go. Be a human being with a body who’s going to encompass the Clarity. Be this Hierophant, filled with clarity, and insert yourself into the world, wherever it is. Whether it be with your family or your neighbors or strangers, or just alone with yourself. How much transcendence can you create in a day for yourself with that gratitude?
hierophant (Ancient Greek: ἱεροφάντης) is a person who brings religious congregants into the presence of that which is deemed holy.
Again, this does not mean that you’re denying what’s going on in the world. There’s a lot of things going on in the world. There are always a lot of things going on in the world. You just know about 99% more of them than any generation ever has.
Now granted, there are more things happening than ever before. The world is indeed more complex, but for you to not look at that world doesn’t mean you don’t ever have to look at it.
But you’re looking at the Lens. Anything frightening that you’re seeing in the Lens—all of those frightening things that are happening in the world—war, the changing climate, all the changes that are happening right now—we’re not suggesting that you pretend they are not happening.
We’re saying, when you transcend, you look at yourself from the place that is above and independent of those things. When you do that, you realize more than ever why it’s so important to be doing what you’re doing. That is the way that this world changes.
0:21:35.6
When you know what’s going on and that there are frightening potentials, again go back to capturing those emotions. Capture them, breathe them, own them, pull them through, mold them, push past your human limits. You’re getting in touch with the other 90% of your operating system. You’re expanding into this idea of being one body. That touches on a whole big greater part the energy.
This is like the power plant and how it transforms down until finally it gets to be the outlet in your house that’s workable. That’s where we hope to focus our pragmatism.
As we’re moving forward through this year, we want to nurture our relationship with you. Feel welcome to bring information to the conversation, not just as Barbara channels us, but everybody can have their own conversation [with us] and [we] have information for you.
What’s so ironic for us is that the process of the work that you’re doing—the one we have taught since we’ve been teaching this to and through Barbara—the actual process hasn’t changed at all. The metaphors and parables and stories that are used to explain it are what has evolved. For example, if you’re dealing with an abusive husband, there’s one set of language that would help to empower you. If you’re dealing with perhaps a dying parent, there’s another set of language that would fit for that. But it’s the same process.
0:23:57.2
We’ve been teaching you how to transcend since the beginning. [First], mine those emotions, look for them, appreciate them, have a new relationship to them, be grateful for them. Not all are going to feel good in your body. That’s ok. Life is not here so you can put yourself into a little form that only feels so much emotion. You’re here to expand and expand and expand.
Then the other piece is the control of your intellect. The ego is still, with every human, grappling for control. Even those of you who have worked hard to get your egos under control and make them work for you, even then, it’s always an ever-present challenge to keep that ego voice in alignment. Remember that an ego that’s over inflated—you think you’re better or you’re greater— is the same, but slightly different kind of imbalance as the under-inflated, where you’re not worth anything and you don’t deserve to this or that. It’s all imbalance.
Bringing your ego into balance, first and foremost means you have to cultivate the courage to admit how out of control your ego can get and how much you need to train. Be in charge of what those thoughts are and what emotion marries to what thought. Those are your jobs.
The transcendent steps turn out to be everything that we’ve been doing with you. We’re seeing this incredible progress on so many fronts. So don’t be fooled if the environment doesn’t change and become comfortable immediately. Don’t let those things persuade your intellect into convincing you that it’s always going to be this way, or you have to worry about the future.
Everything that you can do to let go in that moment and just be in that moment, what is around you, what is right around you—is the snow falling? Are you in line at the supermarket?—be in that moment. Be there.
0:26:54.4
Part of what we’re going to take up later as we go on in the year is creative ways to do old things. New, creative ways to channel your energy if you so choose. Different ways to look at even what we are comfortable with, what we think works. To begin to push everything outside its comfort zone. You know, that’s what science has always done. Science is a series of expanding past what the last discovered on their voyage to the edge. (We have to say that E=MC2, however, comes as close to the root as we’ve seen.)
But even science pushes itself. So why should human development not do that as well? We’re going to expound in our next dissertation about a more creative aspect and how to let the kind of creativity that we’ve been able to witness moving through Barbara’s being, as an example of a hyper-creative space, how to tap into that, how to make that for yourselves without extending past your self-care.
0:28:42.3
Before we open for questions and conversation, we would just like to once again say thank you. Thank you to Barbara for providing this voice. Thank you for coming and listening to us. Thank you for experimenting with what we think is really such an important part of human development. We cannot articulate the influence that you’re having. Regardless of what’s going on around you or what your circumstances are, we can’t articulate to you enough the profundity of your influence in what’s going on.
Cathy Kline would like to say that we are just an example of that, all of us, those of you who had bodies who knew her in her life, this work that you’re doing is such a brilliant example of creativity in its very high form of how to initiate change.
So when you’re looking at conflicts or you’re looking at challenges, summon your creativity. Don’t say, “I’m not creative” or “I can’t be creative, I don’t know what that means.” Just get out of the way—get your ego out of the way, and just all of the times its waiting to hear intuition with a little idea. If you’re not thinking all the time, there’s more room for you to hear something bubbling and watching it take off. Being able to develop a condition that nurtures creativity is really also part of what we’re looking forward to in these months ahead.
In 1911, Belgian industrialist Ernest Solvay convened an invitation-only conference of some of the greatest minds in the world to address the subject, Radiation and the Quanta. The event was held in Brussels and was to brainstorm on the problems of having two different approaches to science.
At the time, classical mechanics, or Newtonian mechanics, were focused on the physical world and studied the motion of bodies under the influence of a system of forces. However, classical mechanics became inaccurate at very small scales and high velocities.
Because of this, a revolution was taking place. Quantum mechanics focused on nanoscopic scales, theorizing mathematical descriptions of the dual particle-like and wave-like behavior of energy and matter. The problem was simple: matter did not seem to behave the same on the smallest of nanomicroscopic levels as it did in the physical world of hard bodies in motion.
In 1911, Albert Einstein was the second-youngest scientist in attendance for this turning point in the world of psychics. At 32 years old, he was mingling around with the likes of Madam Marie Curie, who was pioneering the research on radioactivity, and Henri Poincare, famed French mathematician, theoretical physicist, engineer and philosopher of science. What a heady meeting this must have been.
The following year, the International Solvay Institutes for Physics and Chemistry was founded and organized several more conferences to debate the pressing issue this quantum revolution was causing. The third Conference, held in April 1921 after the defeat of the Germans in WWI, banned German scientists from attending. Einstein boycotted the event, standing in solidarity with his fellow countrymen.

But it was the fifth Solvay Conference, held in Copenhagen in 1927 on Electrons and Photons that is considered the most famous of all Solvay debates. In one corner was Albert Einstein, representing the scientific realists, who wanted to adhere to strict rules of scientific method. In the other corner was Niels Bohr, representing the instrumentalists, who wanted looser rules based on outcomes.
Again and again Einstein presented his thought experiments that disproved the instrumentalists’ interpretations. But Bohrs would sleep on the matter and the following day successfully contradict Einstein’s assertions. In the end, the quantum won, and Einstein would spend the rest of his life looking for his own theory that unified the microcosm and macrocosm.
As I have been following Einstein’s footsteps around Europe, and especially here in Copenhagen, I had a revelatory insight into my own work with my Imagined Einstein. The real Einstein was giving it away, sharing it freely. It was all about having an open dialogue. And in the exchange and expansion of ideas, they moved culture forward into greater understanding of itself.
Sitting here in Copenhagen, imagining how profound the Einstein-Bohrs debates must have been, I am inspired to do the same. I have decided to waive any fees to come to my Conflict REVOLUTION presentation. Instead, I invite people to come and debate these theories I learned from my Imagined Einstein. See the unified field theory and our maps of human consciousness. Listen to the process, experiment with it in your own life, and tell me what you think it is.
If you don’t believe in Afterlife, or feel it’s too nutty to admit Einstein might be talking to me from a pure energy state, then feel free to believe I made it all up. But before you dismiss it out of hand, come and see it.
Join me in Copenhagen, December 13, as I train Conflict REVOLUTION and channel Einstein. Doors open at 11 AM. I would love to see you there and hear what you think of these revolutionary ideas.

Can’t make it to Copenhagen? I encourage you to explore the many topics of Einstein in my Training Series. They’re all on sale until the end of the year.
In today’s inspiring telechannel, Einstein & The Party offer us a glimpse into an everyday meaning for resurrection, one that can help free us from the limiting thinking of our human minds. Our personal stories, he says, are the descriptions that guide the manifestation of our perception. Change our personal stories, and new possibilities are born of our new perception. Those stories can change overnight if we are willing to look beyond what we think we know.
“We want to encourage you at this time to be more experimental than you are predictable!”

In this series we join Einstein & The Party and dive into Building Healthy Relationships. Once again we examine the nature of human consciousness, this time through the lens of our relationships.
There’s no getting around it—we are not alone. Seven billion people inhabit this oasis in space, and even though we don’t know the half of them, we have family and friends, children and grandchildren, people we love to be with and those we are forced to be with, as well all the random strangers we meet on a daily basis. Living on Earth requires having relationships of all kinds—some for moments, others for lifetimes.
We begin to learn who we are through the first rudimental relationships we form with our parents. From that basis, we are taught how to connect with our siblings and friends. If a loving family was not modeled in those years, a child can be deeply affected by imbalance and lack of grounding. Even with a balanced upbringing, relationships can be a platform to play out unfulfilled developmental needs of childhood. Those needs affect all relationships—school mates, co-workers, neighbors, bosses—and also play out in group relationships such as sports teams, clubs of affiliation, political parties, and a myriad of collaborations throughout life that call for cooperation and team work.
Learning how to live in a healthy community means understanding who we are, what we need, and how we can contribute to the world around us while remaining balanced and practicing self-care. It’s in many ways so much easier than we think.
This 5-part series explores and promotes the understanding of our power and presence in any of these forms of relationship, starting with self. This understanding will allow us to consciously contribute to the good of the whole while building a balanced but passion life within all our relationships. This power brings peace, and allows us to live in the world, but not of it.
Self
Every relationship begins with a strong balance and self-awareness. Follow while we explore how our internal systems operate, what is ours to control or not, and how we can tend to our own gardens as a way to contribute to the global well-being.
Mother
No other human is closer to you then your mother. Regardless of the quality of relationship you have manifest with your mother, at the root of your existence is her willingness to carry you in her body. In this session, we examine those conditions, as well as well as how to nurture a loving relationship with the divine feminine within.
Father
While we are carried by our mother, depicted as Earth and symbolic of the divine feminine and our inner world, we are received by our father, depicted as Sky and symbolic of the divine masculine and the outer world. Learn what happens without strong father energy and how to nurture a new connection to that energy.
Intimate Partnerships
Human hearts by nature long for companionship, inclusion and to create a family of one’s own. And yet, intimate partnerships can be one of the most illusive relationships of all. Explore the nature of intimacy in regards to partnerships and how to manifest and maintain that needed intimacy to keep long-term love alive and well.
Communities
No person is an island, no one stands alone. The health of our planet will be dependent on humans learning to live and work together to bring about the greater good. Any community is only as good as its members. Learn how to be a loving, contributing member of a global community. Understand how to become the change, and thereby bring even more fulfillment and joy into your own individual relationship to self! The circle of life!
I am pleased to announce the release of my new eBook, Our Glorious Planet Earth, the collection of transcripts from the 2014 Winter Series, by far one of the best ever. In it, Einstein and The Party explore the five elements—fire, air, water, earth and spirit—and how we can use our relationship to them to expand our awareness, heal old wounds and resolve conflicts, and face forward to create our best lives yet:
According to modern science, the four fundamental forces—electromagnetics, gravity, strong nuclear force, and weak nuclear force—are the ingredients in the recipe of the creation of our Planet Earth. Trees, soil, animals, water, chairs, people—all of reality is constantly springing from a dance of these four fundamentals.
However, according to Einstein & The Party’s “neo-science,” the fifth fundamental force— Compassion—is the Intelligence that organizes the four fundamental forces into the intended matter and gives us a way to perceive it. How energy separates from the Source to become the forms we see in the world—trees, soil, animals, water, chairs, people, and of course, our body itself—is the result of Compassion’s mysterious intention to create.
In the Party’s intricate, intimate fashion, these dissertations explore our intersection with these various forces, and examine how our perception influences their manifestation on Earth. Using Einstein’s Maps of Human Consciousness, we can experiment with aligning to our own Compassion to influence the manifestations for the good of the whole.
Planet Earth needs our help. Einstein’s Maps present a fail safe process to ensure we are using our power to channel our deepest Compassion. In this way, we will become the Fifth Force. We are the Intelligence that uses our power for the good of the whole. In this way, we become vessels of peace, and can stand up to protect our glorious Planet Earth.

During the first week of creativity training, my role seems to have shifted from instructor to shepherd—herding the energy of both the participants (those with bodies) and The Party (those in non-physical). Out of this, an utterly fascinating experiment is shaping up nicely.
The group has come together not just to learn to be more creative, but to lend our creative energy to each other’s intentions as well. So while we are teaching ourselves how to change our perception and act more creatively with our power, we are making a commitment to take actions for the good of the entire group.
Theoretically, committing to the good of all also preserves the sanctity of our personal needs and visions. The stronger, and more prosperous the individuals are that make up the group, the stronger the power of the whole will be as well.
Reciprocally, if I intend for your greatest good, I acknowledge that you are also part of me, and the karmic repercussions come full circle.
This experiment Einstein and the Party have built for the class is really brilliant. We are to organize into triads of support groups called EMT—Evolution Management Teams.
Each triad is charged with creating their group from the ground up. Each group must come together and decide what they will provide for each other in terms of support, and then make a commitment to participate for a six-week period. We must learn how to communicate with each other considering culture, language, telecommunication and time zone challenges. These tasks to forge relationships are the classroom exercises for the course.
On Sale Here $5.95
Participants are also being called to have our own relationship to Einstein, and become aware of our own non-physical aspect there with him and The Party. This very real albeit non-physical part of us is coming alive and superimposing over our everyday lives. Like the voices of angels, guides and spirits, the voices of our EMT members become clear and distinct in our perception, even if those people not with us in the physical.
If humans understood the extent of the power we possess, we would be in constant and deep awe of this gift of simple human life. The term “fear of god” is not meant to be a threat as much as about understanding how easy we can abuse our power if we do not understand it.
When we put out an intention to experiment with the manifestation of creation, we become a conscious creator of our life. When we consciously channel our human dimensions of Intellect, Intuition and Emotion into a focused outcome for the good of all, how much more can we influence the creation of our lives, as well as the world around us?
Life is a grand experiment. Having a compassionate relationship to that reality is the work of the masters.
We are all being asked to become masters now.
It’s not too late to join us! Come learn to relax into the wonder of who you really are. I am looking forward to hearing reports from everyone about their homework and their intentions at our next gathering Saturday, November 3, 8 AM CDT.
Thus far, our series, “Living the Magical Life: A World Beyond Money” has exceeded all my expectations. The last session, “The Currency of Food, Air and Water” was a real eye-opening. Listening to their description of the body as an interface between the physical and non-physical realities gives me a greater appreciation of this mechanism that is our only vehicle for experiencing the physical world.
As they spoke about how our body processes the resources necessary to live in the physical, I found a greater appreciation for the current illness I am going through, candida. Somehow, through a combination of stress, bad eating and more stress, I developed a raging case of this fungal infection whose cure is mostly diet. Being on a severely restrictive diet has been life changing. Not just that I have lost about 25 pounds, but that now I can almost feel what each piece of food entering my body must go through to become energy.
The combination of this magnificent machine of the human body, the food and water provided by Mother Earth, and the breath of oxygen from Father Sky is astounding. No human could have thought up such an arrangement. The breath fires the entire process into processing the food and turning it all into energy to fuel mind, body and emotion.
Tomorrow we will channel the fourth in the series, “Feeding the 5,000,” a timely topic considering that, according to World Hunger, over 900 million people are starving in this world, almost one in seven. To be deprived of the basic necessity of food dictates the rest of one’s human experience. How can we contribute to feeding the world? I know tomorrow’s session will offer some enlightening answers, as always.
Please join us. You can sign up for the entire series ($149 for six sessions) and I will email you a link to download the previous sessions, or you can sign up for one at a time ($25 each). Click here to register.
When you get the entire series, I also give a complimentary 30-minute reading to help synthesize the information.
Meanwhile, be mindful of your body, what you eat, how you breathe and move about. It is the only temple you get in this life, a living prayer to creation that is yours to watch over. Why not consider starting a cleanse, new ways of eating, or moving around more to help make this amazing contraption last as long as possible.
Also it is the last few weeks of my Summer Reading sale! Get an hour reading for $75, including an MP3 recording of the session. Sale ends August 31. Stock up!
