While I was in Paris this fall, we conducted two conversations with the Party, specifically to talk about life and death.
These came at my request. After my mother passed in April, suddenly everyone started losing loved ones—mothers, grandmothers, fathers, children, sisters. It felt like a lot of people were dying. Maybe I just noticed more because I was so tender, but everyone else’s loss was hard, too. I needed some practical information to quiet my human mind and ease my human heart.
One thing they said in the reading that struck me was that some souls choose not to reincarnate as a human. We can, apparently, “homogenize” our energy (blend diverse elements into a mixture that is the same throughout). They referenced people who, after they die, decide to “homogenize” into being a tree and stay in that state for 5,000 years.
When I heard that, I thought to myself, “Where in the world are there trees over 5,000 years old, and what would it feel like to be a tree?” Questions I would have asked had I not been the channel.
As it were, they did answer my questions, later, proving again why they are always telling us to “watch and be amazed.”
* * *
Back in the states, I made the most of my jet lag by leaving Minneapolis at 3 AM, in time to catch the 7:30 AM ferry. As I entered the last, dark hour of the long trip home, the sun was rising into a welcoming glow in the east and on the radio came a story about trees.
Listening to this fascinating pre-dawn report was an awakening. I was gratified to hear the interviewer say it affected him in the same way: once you know this scientific data about trees, you see them in an entirely new way. It’s as if you learn you have a family that you never knew you had and then finally meet for the first time, only to learn they’ve lived in your neighborhood your whole life.
That report speaks of a tree in Norway that is over 9,000 years old, and that trees are far more intelligent than we realize. They share resources, respond to the environment, communicate between species, and bequeath their wealth to other trees before they die. Listening to this story, I watched and, once again, was amazed.
I recommend listening to the tree report before reading this transcript. Particularly the Suzanne Simard and Richard Powers segments. Their description of the connections that trees have correlates with what the Party describes later in the reading: that all humans are part of a much larger organism; we are far more like trees than we realize.
The rest of the reading includes a reiteration of Einstein’s vision of human consciousness, as well as information on how to communicate with those who have passed. I’ve included a link to the Map of Human Consciousness and the Unified Field. I recommend you pull it up for reference as you read. It’s really not as complex as it seems. Kind of like football. Once you know how the game is played, you can understand what’s going on.
Join us Monday, December 31, 2018 10 AM Central for another free channel with the Party. Einstein will be reviewing 2018 and ringing in the coming year. All are welcome!
I edited the following from transcripts of two sessions conducted on November 23 and December 3, 2018 in Paris, France.
We command that only the most divine light to shine down upon us at this time, and the greatest good be present here.
We as the Party, guided by Einstein, are ready to make the next step in the evolution of human consciousness. It’s very exciting! We are growing and changing, too.
You can’t imagine the amount of energy it takes to create one human life. Talk about a Big Bang! You can’t have a human life without also creating the universe in which that life will live. The Lens becomes your experience of the physical world. The Lens is your universe.
The eternal part of you is a string that is spinning at the speed of light squared (C2)—starting in the Source (the center of the planet), moving up through the Earth, breaking out into the atmosphere, continuing on into the heavens and then flowing back up through the North Pole and into the center of the planet, to begin again. That spinning string carries all the mathematics that create you and your universe. The Human Intention—the Source, Observer and Lens—slows that string down to the speed of light and separates the energy so that the objects of the physical world can be perceived, including your body. When your DNA spacetime body is born in the Lens, your human life can begin.
When your body dies, so does the Lens and the physical world. However, those non-physical elements continue—thoughts, feelings, senses, memories, knowledge, experience—spinning again at C2. It’s a different kind of identity without the Lens, one that we cannot fully explain to you at this moment. Not because you are stupid, but how would you tell your children exactly what it’s like to hold a job and have a family? We just can’t explain it fully.
Humans often fear death. It’s a natural reaction. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. The death of your body comes with an entire array of emotions that play out as a result of being human.
We just see this conversation of life and death differently. A human part of you is going to die, there is no denying that. In the big picture, however, the Lens of your human body is about 10% of the whole operating system. When that goes, yes, it’s gone, but the rest of the operating system is still there.
Our mission has always been to inspire those who still have a body to become accustomed to the non-physical part of you that exists in this place of Afterlife, even as we speak. That way, when the 10% that’s your physical body disappears, you’ll be well rooted in the comfort of the eternal part of yourself. You can be without your body, but that core creation can’t be uncreated.
And why incarnate? In order for humans to survive, you must evolve into beings that are aware of their need to take care of the whole. When you acknowledge that you are one part of many parts of one whole, compassion takes over. This changes the DNA of humanity on a collective genetic level. Your DNA becomes naturally pre-disposed to work collectively, thus increasing the odds for survival.
This is what you have come here to do: learn to love. You learn how to love by having relationships. Those relationships are meant to be springboards for evolving your ability to work for the good of all. We hope we can inspire you, while you still have your physical bodies, to make the most of this opportunity to learn from your relationships.
Some souls don’t come back as humans. Some choose to homogenize into the bigger energy, say, to live in a tree for 5,000 years. When you live as a part of the organism of a tree, there are entirely different universes to discover and explore.
Jesus had one of the few deaths where all of his human emotions were vibrating at such a highly evolved state that they formed a unified field of power. There was no anger or sadness or betrayal or joy. All the emotions unified to become pure compassion, which he channeled into forgiveness. By doing so, he helped change the DNA of the human species.
But this understanding takes time. That’s why you’re here as humans, experiencing many lives, traveling a long journey. Say you were to walk from the bottom of Africa to the top of Scandinavia. You’d meet hundred of kinds of people. You’d see different terrain, climates, cultures, and foods. But in the end, you would see that those people are just people, living on the Earth. Yes, there are differences: skin color, language, money, and such. But everybody is just a human and everyone will die. You will all lose your grandmothers, mothers, fathers, sisters, and eventually you will all die. This fascinating and complex journey of being human is a part of the evolutionary process of the human species.
Your Life You come into your life with agreements about generalized conditions. You have free will to maneuver through those conditions, but definite structures are created. One of those structures is your family. You’re born into a family with souls who have worked together in other lives, coming together again to continue that work to learn to love one another. “OK, let’s go at this from this direction. This time, let’s give ourselves a challenge to [fill in the blank]. Here’s what I need to work on. What about you?” You make agreements with each other in the non-physical that will then give your relationships structure in the physical.
However, once you are born into the physical world, you forget immediately that you made these agreements. You forget who you are and where you just came from. You forget your mission and sometimes forget how to love.
You proceed to live your life with people to whom you have this deep, unremembered connection. For the most part, you have no idea that you’ve shared other lives, been in other families, in other times, in other cultures. All you know is the relationship you have with them in this life.
But these relationships reveal conflicts. This is what reincarnating is all about: repeatedly coming into these pre-planned configurations in order to remember who you really are and resolve these conflicts caused by the forgetful, limited perspective of your human minds. You are more than just Barbara and Heike and Donna and Cathy and Sonia. You are all connected on deeper levels that span lifetimes, and you are here to remember, to help the species survive and thrive.
You have a chance to projectile into this life to be a do-gooder, to be someone who helps the whole world evolve by evolving oneself. If you are committed to being one of those conscious beings that pushes this mission of love forward, it’s inevitable. We are so excited for all of you who have a human life in order to do this.
Either way, one by one, your bodies will die and your focus will return to this Party with us. Here you’ll be excited to share the lessons you learned from this incredible opportunity to have a human life—the highs and lows, the drama and calm, the illness and joy and death and birth and everything. With each life you live with this mission to love, you help to advance the collective goal to evolve the entire human species.
Your mission is not over when you die. It just enters a different phase. The quality and condition of your death will be dependent upon the quality and condition of your life. More than ever we urge you to live your lives to the deepest passion and the highest good. Everything that comes from that is art: your children and grandchildren are art, your art and music are art, your work of helping people is art. Being human becomes the art. In fact, all physical reality is the art because it’s all the creation and the expression of your universe, perfect in all its imperfection. Life itself is a miracle.
Talking to Those Who Have Passed: The Imagination Every human has the sensory equipment to communicate with the non-physical part of someone who used to have a body. It doesn’t mean everyone will use it. But making death practical includes understanding that this kind of communication is not only possible, but learning to have a living relationship with those who have passed on is part of evolution.
It doesn’t mean that there isn’t grief upon the loss of a friend or family member. Grief is natural and should be expected, part of that deep human passion to love. As sad as death is, however, it’s also about a much more profound joy found in eternal love and deep passion.
After someone dies, you can re-establish real-time communication with them in their non-physical form. It’s not just Barbara thinking about her mother. It’s her mother’s energy: her intelligence with thoughts, feelings, senses, memories, actually responding, Her mother’s identity is surging in the non-physical, near and with Barbara, allowing communication to take place. Every human has this capacity, in the same way that every human has intuition. Acceptance of the practical nature of this form of communication is the first step to using it.
So where do you meet that person that you love? In the imagination.
Imagination is a condition of Intellectual energy. Intellect has it’s own function and form and serves a specific purpose, defining and shaping energy that is otherwise amorphous. Imagination is a ripe patch of the Intellect where energies intersects. In that intersection comes the ability to then exchange information and communicate.
How you experience the communication is very specific to you. Barbara will see her mother and hear her voice in a specific way. If her sister were to communicate with her mother, she might see her in a different way, perhaps at a different age, or in a dream as opposed to direct contact.
Because of imagination, you have access to all sorts of resources, as you can also intersect with universal knowledge, with other people’s thoughts, with the entire great Gestalt. That’s what you tap into with imagination.
Sometimes souls, however, are otherwise engaged and won’t be available for communication. But for the most part, those who love you are going to be near you. Your mothers are all near you—you know that. Anyone who is in your family group and has passed on is waiting for you.
Sometimes human emotion will get in the way of talking to that person that you miss and love. Sometimes you long so much to talk with them, but there is such a deep sorrow, it actually prevents you from doing so. Just keep experimenting. Listen. Make notes. Write down what you experience. Remember that person. Use your imagination. Most people don’t exercise it enough. Use it.
Welcome Home One of the best parts of a human losing their physical body is the joy that takes place upon leaving the sorrowful and sometimes suffering earth plane and reuniting with so much love. Death is a very complicated process. The more that you can conceptualize energy and life and death in these ways, the more you won’t fear death while you are alive.
The more you can develop living relationships with those who have passed on, the more you increase the quality of your life. Remember the bigger picture, that there is part of you in the non-physical right now with us, having this miraculous conversation, privy to Afterlife.
You don’t yet fully understand the miraculous, evolutionary nature of what we are doing here today. But we know all of you feel this truth resonating in your bodies, bringing you a kind of release. “Wait! I don’t have to be afraid of death!”
Nobody wants to die a horrible death. But you can know that, regardless of how it happens, it’s going to happen, without a doubt. So embrace that truth and watch how accepting death makes your life more poignant. Watch how it taps you into your deeper passion and your greatest good. What a gift! What a joyful gift: when you die to the physical world, you are reborn again into that full, deep, rich spirit of eternal life.
That’s why we are excited. Because the more of you who, right now in your bodies, are willing to prepare for your death in this way, the more potential that we have—all of us together—to fulfilling our mission and making that evolutionary step.

Let’s explore a channel specifically about life and death. Not just because so many have lost people recently but we’re coming to a time of collective consciousness where people want to know how to bridge that gap in a practical way—that gap of life and death. Many people don’t think about it much—death—including myself. We live as if we are not going to die. But when we live mindfully of death, to partly prepare for it, then we also intensify the experience of life itself, which becomes more precious when you face that finality.
On April 17, my 96-year-old mother passed away after a short stint in hospice care. She died surrounded by those who loved her, in the home that had been her castle for 62 years, just like she wanted. Who could ask for a better passing?
For the past several years I’ve been living in this house that I grew up in, coming and going while managing her end-of-life care. She and Dad bought it in 1956. I was barely one.
Childhood there was a war-zone. Dad eventually left and Mom soldiered on, but it wasn’t really a happy home. After she retired, she lived alone for 34 more years under this roof.
In those latter years, the vibe of the house morphed into a solitude that comes from triumphing over adversity. Despite my father abandoning her and his four kids, she got a job, raised us, and bought and paid for the house with her own money. She didn’t have much but she managed it smartly, using the equity in the house to keep it well-maintained.
After she retired, she grew gardens, mowed her lawn, wrote poetry, read voraciously, and joined a bowling league. Her best friends were the four of us, the waitresses at the cafes where she ate lunch, and the clerks at her grocery store. She swam and walked and lived simply in her peaceful home in solitary independence.
Mom made me promise that I would make sure she could die in her home. So when she could no longer care for herself, I found personal attendants Terry and Victoria on Craig’s List. The equity in the house paid their wages. We all moved into her house together and I eventually found a county program to pay them. Terry and Victoria became her sisters, her constant companions until the end. Thankfully Mom’s house had three bedrooms and a finished basement.
At the end, she was in her bed in the living room with Family Feud on the Game Show Network, just like normal. When everyone was out of the room, she took her last breath, alone, at 5:03 PM. With that, she left to go on what she described a few days earlier as “a very long trip.”
Since her passing, I’m in contact with her. I can feel her presence when I need her, not much different than when she was alive. Whenever I had a bad day or something big happened, she knew before I told her. She would often “send out a vibe” that I was to call her, and I would get the message to “call Mom.” While being able to talk to her in Afterlife doesn’t stop the sorrow of her passing, it’s profoundly comforting to have her guide me through the pain.
I cleared my calendar to administer her estate. There wasn’t much to do; her belongings were minimal. I began slowly listing stuff for sale. Some of the bigger items sold, but smaller things weren’t moving.
In the freshness of my loss, I was not ready to just box up Mom’s possessions and drop them at a thrift store, even though I could clearly hear her say, “It’s just stuff!” I decided to do a giveaway. I thought she could be part of bequeathing her stuff to these strangers who answered the ads.
Everyone who came was so kind and appreciative, sometimes driving across town to retrieve something like an under-the-counter plastic light that must have been 40 years old, or a badly cracked desk chair floor protector. The kindness of these strangers for my loss and their appreciation to receive the giveaway was a warm comfort in the face of the sadness. No doubt Mom was happy seeing how it was helping me.
Through the summer I lived in this continually emptying house. When someone came to take away another piece of Mom’s life, time and memories peeled away like layers of an onion. In the emptiness, she appeared to me at various stages of those 62 years, but mostly the years after everyone had left and she had the house to herself. Comfort came from realizing that, after all the pain and loss she suffered early on, she eventually found peace living a solitary, independent life, in love with her family and her home.
While divesting her stuff, I stayed in the back bedroom, the one I had when I was eleven. In that empty house, the shadow of that 11-year-old girl unexpectedly emerged one morning, panicked that the only person who ever stood to protect her was now gone.
One night 50-some years ago, she witnessed my drunk father kick my mother down the back stairs from the same bedroom window. When she couldn’t stand it any longer, she ran out to confront them, screaming, “STOP! Just STOP! STOP HURTING EACH OTHER!” They were stunned, after a lifetime of me silently enduring their endless war by hiding in my bedroom or fleeing the house.
Shortly after that, my father packed up and left for good. As he knelt in the dining room to tell that 11-year-old that he was never coming back, she was traumatized, literally torn in two: part was so relieved that the war would come to an end, and part was completely panicked that her father was leaving, forever, because of her.
This 63-year-old, however, reached out to life coach and Conflict REVOLUTION trainer Robin Cordova. Together we found that child and attended to her. I created the intention to learn to mother her in ways I never received at that age. It was painstaking work, some days liberating, other days overwhelming, especially while mourning Mom. But step by step, we brought her into the light.
Robin asked me to ask her to share something about herself that I might not know. She quickly replied, “I am super psychic and slightly autistic.” As an adult, I know the challenges being psychic has presented me. What must it have been like for this 11-year-old girl, growing up in a war zone?
Alone in that empty house, one day at a time, I let myself feel everything she felt. She explained how frightened she was to know things, and to have senses that were so sensitive to sound, to light, to touch. I understand this now as the spectrum of what is called neurodiversity. As more layers of the onion peeled back to reveal the depth of this lifelong wound, we were now able to heal. Together we tapped into the fierce energy of my mother’s love that was wrapping around us from Afterlife and the power of the mother energy emanating from within us. With that, all of us began to relax and surrender, and finally rest. This gave me a whole new sense of compassion for myself, as well as for my mom.
The house eventually sold. In the month before we closed, I set up my piano in the living room and spent my last days there playing music on the same spot where she breathed her last. She loved my music. In her final years, I got to play for her on the old piano I wrote so many songs on as a kid. But now that piano was gone, too.
As I played music in that empty house, I could feel her, so very proud, so very appreciative that her daughter survived to thrive, despite her mistakes. I could feel her right there with me still, there until my turn comes to go on a “very long trip.”
In the end, this home was Mom’s real husband, the structure that took care of her until death they did part. A very nice young man with a dog bought it, saying he fell in love with it the minute he set foot inside.
Last week, I had the luxury of spending seven days doing nothing but sitting in a chair and looking at the Pacific Ocean. My friend and I traveled to Rosarito, Mexico and made the executive decision to do as little as possible on our vacation.
Truth be told, I didn’t exactly do “nothing.” I finished reading one book and started another. We also walked to the local restaurant twice a day to eat. But other than that, the days were spent gazing out of the water sweeping into shore and concentrating on the vast blue of the open sky. It was heavenly. I did not feel at all guilty. In fact, I reveled in the luxury of having so much time to relax and take care of myself.
We started talking about disease (my friend is a doctor) and how much of disease originates in unprocessed and irrational feelings of guilt. I told her about some aches and pains I’d been having. I called them “moveable pain,” sometimes in my shoulder, sometimes in my rib, other times on the left side and then on the right. She suggested I explore what suppressed guilt might be at work in creating this pain.
As I settled into my meditation, I was surprised to find an old familiar memory immediately surfacing, one that involved a trauma I experienced as a pre-schooler with my father. He was screaming at me that, had it not been for me, he could have lived a happy life.
My father’s treatment of me as a child obviously shaped my worldview. The guilt that I was responsible for my father’s unhappiness carried over into all my relationships. It inspired co-dependency, drug addiction, self-sabotage, and unhappiness. My father wanted to make me feel I had done something wrong in order to make himself feel better about his unhappy life.
Through the years, by coming to know myself and using Conflict REVOLUTION to learn self-care, I’ve beaten the addictions, cultivated healthy relationships, and found my happiness. I know today that I was not guilty of anything back then and I’ve learned how to care for that inner child. So I was surprised to see this memory resurface. Was I still affected by this incident? Even in all my healing, was it buried so deep that instead of facing it consciously it had to manifest as my “moveable pain?”
As soon as I asked myself those questions, the scene from childhood jumped to the present and all the chaos of the current political situation here in the US. Lately I made the decision not to get swept away in this chaos, but I often find myself thinking that I have to “do more” otherwise I will be “part of the problem.”
I was surprised to think that those two images might be related—my father’s hurtful behavior and the current politic climate. And yet, what I see emerging in our culture today are people demonstrating the same lack of compassion and kindness that my father displayed. More war, more violence, more school shootings, more bullying. It’s as if society is being controlled by people as sick and lost as my father was when I was a kid.
It suddenly made sense to me that my well-meaning thoughts of wanting to make a positive contribution to change this culture would get tied up in that old guilt. And yet, I’ve come so far! I would not have thought I was still subject to its unseen influence. But, if it had not been buried, it would not have had to manifest as physical pain.
We decided to once again turn to Einstein for some insights about this embedded guilt. He explained how our modern culture is built on guilt, thereby making it nearly impossible to escape. But he also assured us that with mindfulness, compassion, and self-care, we can make new decisions grounded in self-love, for the good of all.
After a week at the beach, staring at the ocean, feeling and breathing my guilt, and reprogramming my thoughts, my pain is gone. Change may not always happen that quickly, and the pain may not be gone for good, but I am excited about moving forward being mindful of my decisions, feeling and breathing, and continuing to replace the voices of culture with those of love and compassion.
Below are notes from our session:
February 19, 2018
We command that only the most divine light shine down upon you at this time and the greatest good be present here.
It’s always a pleasure and an honor to welcome you to the circle. To begin with, we want to speak about what is going on in the world on February 19, 2018 in an energetic sense.
You as a human in 2018 are experiencing the powerful unification of humanity. Humanity is one body. There is no separation at the Source. That is the truth of your oneness. You are here to create unity within yourself, to the best of your ability, by waking up to the truth of your oneness.
The ultimate unification is when all the billions of people currently on the planet wake up to the truth of their collective oneness.
Right now your physical bodies are being overloaded by too much information. The truth of your oneness is too much information for your human mind to process. But in that challenge comes the growth and expansion you need. Being challenged to take in more and more information deepens your capacity to adapt to the truth of your oneness. Humanity is just now beginning to understand this level of reality, to understand how energy works, how physical matter is manifest through the perception of the human, and the importance of the intention of that human upon the organization of the physical world.
You are the leaders of change, choosing to instigate it first in yourself to then affect culture. This is the ultimate challenge right now. For those of you who have volunteered and were chosen to come here at this time to be the agents of change, you are working to free yourself from the separation that you feel as your mind is concentrating so purposefully in the Lens to create the seamless experience of a separate physical reality.
The evolution of human consciousness right now is in an extremely chaotic place, by design. It’s not a mistake. It’s not that the systems are failing. It’s that in order for you to achieve this oneness, you have to have transparency. And transparency brings with it a great deal of information that has to be processed.
Let’s talk about you as an individual alone: here you sit, you have your physical body, your thoughts, feelings, senses, memories, perceptions. You go to sleep, you wake up, you have days and nights: you are living this life. That is the Lens on the map. Even though your human mind is having this life in the Lens, there is a huge operating system that is invisible to your human mind that is allowing you to have these experiences.
As a human, you are slowly but surely removing the blocks from your human mind so you can take in all the rest of this information—and it’s so much information. So much so that people burn out and die because they don’t have the physical strength to process that much energy. It’s like getting electrocuted, so much energy surging into your body that it blows the circuits. That’s what’s happening right now.
People should be actively, consciously seeking to understand what’s going on in their own energy field and working to take these steps, one step at a time, to ensure that they don’t burn out in this expansion. Self-care is a valuable tool during chaotic times.
Don’t measure your progress by what you see going on in the Lens of your culture right now. If you did that, you would think you were making no progress at all. Don’t dismiss the events of your world, but put them in perspective with a much bigger picture.
Think about the people in your immediate world and about how many you feel you could have this conversation with. That should clearly illustrate what you’re up against in culture right now. You’re like salmon swimming upstream, pushing against the flow of people who are panicking, who don’t understand, who are projecting their judgments and defining their world against this 2018 culture. You’re doing it, too, whether you know it or not. It’s just a natural reaction of your human mind in 2018. But it’s not the whole truth.
This time when the veils are lifting is a very tumultuous and disruptive time. It was never going to be easy. But this is what is needed in order for human consciousness to expand past its limited capacity. By nature, human beings on their own will not push themselves to produce this kind of change. Disruption and conflict are needed to break down those walls and to build up the experiences one step at a time of what this big operating system really is. That’s why your physical body and your mental and emotional health need to go slowly, one step at a time. You don’t want the whole power plant surging into your wall socket.
Riding the Wave
Know that your human intellect is held prisoner in that culture of the Lens. Your job is to find a way out of that prison—not an easy task. It’s not just bliss and joy. Those things are there. But it’s the entire spectrum of human emotions that is being called to be integrated into what we would call power.
So yes, enjoy those times of bliss. Enjoy those times of joy. But know where you are on the journey. Know that the way will rise and fall. Know that you will reach a plateau and then you’ll drop again and then you’ll come up a little higher and then you’ll drop again and you’ll come up a little higher.
That’s why you should not think you are backpedaling when you re-experience some trauma from your past. It’s that your human psyche and your human operating system are so vast and so complex that there’s always going to be more emotions coming up, whether it’s emotions from this life or from the many layers of other lives that are also spinning on your string.
Let’s say you reincarnate into 2150 AD at a time after human consciousness has made the evolutionary step and culture is now based on compassion, unity and sustainability.
Even though that’s not where culture is right now in 2018, concentrate on creating within you the energy of that person in 2150. Simulate as much as you can what that person might be like, how they might think, feel and sense being brought up in the culture that teaches children how to take care of themselves and the world, for the good of all. Imagine the voice of that culture in your intellect supporting and self-loving, free of judgment, attachments and able to live in the truth of the oneness.
By bringing this person into your imagination, you’re using the future to help push the change along. But you’re also creating a conflict with the voices of culture in 2018 that often tell you that you are not worthy of such things. You get hopeless, as war and fighting rage on around you. Now you can feel even more out of time, more misunderstood and more hopeless.
Guilt is a thought process married to an emotional state that then drives the decision-making process. Guilt messages you on a primordial level what is expected of you within your culture and involves making you feel as if you have done something wrong in order to induce you to do something to meet that cultural expectation.
Guilt is a wholly culture-generated perception based on the expectation that you must perform in a way that culture wants. If you had been born 3000 years ago in the southwest of the U.S., which was an indigenous Anasazi migratory route, your voices of culture would have been tuned much more to the earth.
There were always personal voices of culture within family units, but the community culture was magical, sustainable and based on taking care of everyone within the community, including Earth herself. Earth was Mother, the garden that provided everything they needed to survive and thrive with families in a community. The voices of culture drove them to respect and care for the Earth so that the next seven generations would also have an Earth to survive and thrive on.
The culture of 2018 for the most part is far removed from this. Today’s voices of culture have guilt permeating them: in order to have value, you must do something, you must perform, you must achieve, you must accomplish, you must be doing something all the time. It has nothing to do with what the earth wants you to do.
Back in the Anasazi culture, your worth was not based on achievement and performance. Worth was about living in accordance to the laws of nature and taking care of each other. You were born to live in harmony among the plants and animals of the earth. You were born worthy.
2018 is the polar opposite. You are so driven to do these performances that you aren’t even aware of what drives you to do them. Guilt is an inescapable position. Not because you haven’t done enough or learned enough or that you need to do more. It’s that your current culture is driven by it. Your current culture for the most part has lost touch with the earth, lost heart, and consequently is destroying itself. For without the earth, you have no home.
So what is one to do in the face of such potential imprisonment? Is there really no escape from these voices?
Become the Change
Your mission is to not wait for the voices of culture around you to change, but to change yourself from within. This means that very carefully and meticulously, through every single experience you have, you mindfully come to understand what your relationship is to this guilt and how it manifests in your life. This inquiry will then allow evolution to work through you, showing you creative solutions to change those inner voices of culture into ones that love, respect and sustain the infrastructure of your energy.
It’s not like there’s a manual that you can follow that everyone else followed the last time they went through this change, because there was no last time. And chaos is a natural part of this change.
What do you do? It will help you to understand that there’s not a deficit happening in you because you feel guilt. On becoming aware that you feel guilt, you can decide to make a change in your life, and let that change lead you forward. You become a creature of evolution by holding the truth—that you have guilt—and asking Intuition how to guide you through this process of changing from within.
We can tell you ad infinitum, so much of this is about releasing emotion. In 2018 every human is suddenly aware of the incredible spectrum of emotion that is possible to feel. People are becoming transparent to themselves, and most people don’t know what to do with all that deep feeling. You have a natural tendency to suppress emotions or project them onto others. There must be a change in individuals and how they relate to, define, and process their own emotion. The need to know how to do this and put it into practice will never end. It’s part of the operating system.
If you are making decisions out of guilt and what you think the world wants of you, it means you’re still not being transparent with yourself. Open up and examine your guilt. Observe it as the witness to your life. See what it’s doing and constantly let intuition in to tell you how to change it.
The observation of what that guilt is will help you now to transform it, one step at a time. As you observe yourself, you can exist in a state where you can feel Intuition driving you to do something, and at the same time, you can hear the voices of culture telling you why you shouldn’t and why you can’t. These voices exist side by side. It’s not necessarily that you have to do away with these voices of guilt before you can make a change. It’s that you train yourself to use Intellect to make a decision based on what Intuition is telling you. You make a conscious choice to not act on the voices of guilt, which are of ego, but to act on the voices of Intuition, which are of Compassion.
Everyone experiences this. The voices in your head say you should do that, but your Intuition is saying, “Do this.” When you act on Intuition, you reach a place that is best for the entire system, not just best for what ego wants from moment to moment. We can tell you that almost every time you follow voices of guilt, you won’t get to that place that is best for you. You’ll get somewhere, but it won’t be that place that’s aligned to your Intuition and working for the good of the whole. And you can live there. You are capable of living a life that is dominated by the voices of culture and guilt and driven by them to the end of your life. But you risk living in constant conflict, illness, being unfulfilled and creating more separation from yourself by doing so.
You’ve come here to do something different. Every time you break away from the voices of culture and guilt and let Intuition influence you to make that decision that comes from compassion, you tick down those voices of culture just a bit. Ultimately, we would like to erase the voices of guilt.
In the 2150 operating system, your Intellect is as broad and open as the blue sky and that’s how you face the world every day. In that state, with your mind wide open and blue as that beautiful sky, there’s plenty of room to hear the impelling of Intuition telling you to take the next most advantageous step in whatever the situation is. That’s what you’re working for: a condition in your energy that looks like that: a big, open mind listening for the impelling of Intuition and then making a conscious decision to take that step.
Every single situation you find yourself in gives you a platform to practice this. Every conflict gives you the opportunity to look at what’s going on on a deeper level, find it, change it, and take a step forward to become aware of and living with the oneness of the entire operating system.
Do some meditation exercises where you pull in that person who lives in 2150 who already has a beautiful, open intellect, or go back 3,000 years and pull in that life, where every night you sat out under an incredible huge sky in prayer and you lived within the context of the natural world. Let those two strings of energy that are flowing through you now also come to life within you in 2018.
You can do this by either throwing yourself into culture, or by removing yourself from it. It doesn’t matter. Of course, it’s always a little bit easier when you’re not bombarded with people telling you things all the time to your face. But that can be an empowering platform, too: to observe what’s going on with you, then to let the trigger come up, then release more emotion, and then adjust your actions. It’s like training for a sport, say, soccer; you can practice by yourself, but you learn a lot when you get into the game and play against someone.
We think that 2018 is going to be a surprise year for those of you doing this work. As the world gets more insane, you will want to get more centered. You don’t want to get dragged along on the cultural expectation that all is lost and get lost in all the negative definitions of what’s going on. You don’t want to get swept away with the panic and the judgment and fear that swirling around in culture. You want to use all that chaos to remind yourself even more that now is the time to strengthen your resolve, to expand your own awareness of what’s going on, to pull in this bigger truth during the times when you’re experiencing guilt and when culture is telling you you’re wrong.
We feel it’s important to be connected to what’s going on in the world. But be aware there’s an addiction happening right now: you feel like you have to know what’s going on in the world. And that’s OK—but you don’t. You need to know what’s going on inside you. You need to be in touch with your energy. You need to be cultivating your witness and to make decisions based on what is best for the good of the whole operating system.
We urge you to experiment with all kinds of different ways that you can do that. If you need to cut yourself off from culture for a while, do that. If you need to throw yourself in and become involved in something that really means something to you, do that. Every single person, every single activity, every single path you take is giving you a platform to help the entire human species evolve. That is your job right now. That is your mission right now.
You’ve come here to do this impossible tasks of finding your oneness, of integrating your many lives, of finding your own power, to let emotion flow, to change your thinking process all while facing this increasingly chaotic world.
Don’t let the chaos of the world be an indication of your worth. It is an indication of the change, but not of your worth. Align the thought process of worth and value to the bigger picture. Look at what your current culture is doing to you. This is no easy task. It’s not an easy time to be alive. But it is a worthwhile time to be here, because you can make such a change.
Examine your guilt and the deep emotions around it in a new way, with a new relationship to it. Step by step, with mindfulness of your own energy and oneness, let yourself clear away the voices of culture that say, “You should, you have to.” Let those voices fade away as you open up that big sky that is your mind. Cement that witness to be mindful of who you are and what you’re doing. Breathe. Constantly be breathing emotion. The less you intellectualize your feelings, the more you can move them and release them from their abscess. Then listen closely for Intuition and then act on it. That, in 2018, will reward you with some new direction, and consequently some new manifestations.
Always come back to the fact that it’s a miracle that you are here at all in your physical body, that you have found people of like mind to help support you and feed back to you as you go through these enormous and impossible consciousness-expanding steps in your life. Go one step at a time. Don’t be discouraged. Know that, one step at a time, everything that you’re doing is assisting in the evolution of human consciousness in a big way.
We’re studying what is happening with you, always. In this Party, there are always souls coming and going, adding, observing, supporting. In fact, the Party has gotten quite big, and you are very, very much appreciated and loved by all of us. Thank you for your participation.
We’ll close the channel by reiterating that the world is in a place of great, great transformation. Try not to be fooled into aligning your thinking to what culture says. Open your mind to that large, beautiful sky. Let emotion be the primordial soup of creation, the tapping of your power. Embrace it all. Breathe it all. See it moving on the big string that is you. Listen for that beautiful voice within you. And then, of course, watch and be amazed.
0:00:00.0 Barbara: Good morning, good afternoon to everyone! It is Sunday, January 28, 2018. We are here with Einstein and the Party of 12, and it’s 2018! Happy New Year! It’s our first reading of the year. As I was telling Cathy Kline and Robin Cordova, who are here with me, when we were chatting earlier, I traditionally have had no idea what the theme of a series will be. This one—“A Year of Redefinition, Regeneration, and Reinvention”—sounds like a whole bunch of fun to me. As always, it will be sequential, in several parts. However many there are, this is our banner for the year. I’m so excited that you are here, Cathy and Robin, and everyone else around the world who is daring to attempt to experiment with Einstein’s theories. You are greatly welcomed to our group of “regenerators.”
I want to start out by saying that 2018 is the 25th anniversary of Diaries of a Psychic Sorority: Talking With the Angels. The Psychic Sorority of the threesome Teresa McMillan and Kimberly Lilith Phelps and me was a conglomeration of the three of us coming together at particular times in our lives to start a group channeling. It was a monumental time without which we would not be here today.
I’m very excited about 2018 because I fully intend that we are going to re-release Diaries, and it’s my hope that we’ll have at least one new chapter updating. I’m so honored 25 years later to still have these friends and that we tested the Conflict REVOLUTION process. Out of the three of us came Conflict REVOLUTION. Without the three of us, it would not have been able to be tested and put into use in a practical platform.
In honor of the 25th anniversary and to every Conflict REVOLUTIONary out there who has dared to look this deeply into themselves and take this much responsibility for their energy, I want to welcome all of you. Whether you’ve called it Conflict REVOLUTION, whether you just know that you’re aligned to Einstein, for whatever reason you’ve been brought to this place, I want you to know how welcome you are, even if we never hear from you, if we never know who you are. It doesn’t matter. What matters right now is the mass action by people worldwide to ignite the compassion within themselves individually, one person at a time.
I want to start out redefinition, regeneration, and reinvention with the idea of change and how there is a cycle to change. Those of us who are all about change, who aren’t afraid of change, who understand change and try to ride the wave of change, sometimes we think, “Oh, yay! Change!” But most people resist change. The average human psyche has a kind of brake that gets put on when it comes to change. Perhaps it’s the fear of the unknown.
But I learned a couple therapists back about something that was called the Stages of Change. The models for this come from James Prochaska of the University of Rhode Island and Carlo Di Clemente, who developed the transtheoretical model of change in 1977. There are apparently five stages that we go through when we change.
The first is the pre-contemplation. In that stage, we have no intention of changing in the near future. When we get into the pre-contemplation place, we don’t even know we need to change, we’re unaware. For example, I went through some situations with some people of color lately wherein I was able to see what I would call my racist behavior, my intergenerational, preprogrammed racism. I didn’t even know I needed to change. So there’s a pre-contemplation phase we go through.
That moves into the second phase, which is where we start to think about it, to contemplate and to intend that we’re going to change. There’s a weighing of pros and cons of change during this time. What are the good things about having to make that change that’s so hard that people resist?
After that comes the preparedness phase, where you’re getting ready to change. You’re taking little steps that can help the behavior become part of your life.
That leads to the fourth stage, which is the action, where we’ve changed our behavior over the course of a period of time.
Then there’s maintaining that change.
I’m sure my therapist gave me this as a way to understand somebody else I was dealing with, but of course, you know the funny thing about that!
The reason I bring this up here is because if we’re going back to what Einstein has asked me to present this year about redefinition, regeneration, and reinvention, I think there will be phases of each part of these that have this cycle of change, where we’re not even aware we need to change. This also came out of a conversation Robin and I had a few days ago about how when we get into depressive places or feel incapacitated, overwhelmed, so much conflict, being driven, all the stress, that that’s the way our bodies and our bigger selves are showing our human minds that change is needed.
The conflict tries to break the pre-contemplative phase, where you don’t know you have to change. The conflict brings that awareness to the surface. How can we not embrace it and be thankful because it’s making us better, instead of keeping that emotion stuffed inside ourselves thinking that we don’t need to change? The conflict allows us to open that up and feel and breathe it.
In honor of the 25th anniversary of the Psychic Sorority, we blew ourselves up, as we call it! Being the queens of conflict, and then the REVOLUTION of conflict, literally the ones who wrote the book, I am—I wouldn’t say “pleased,” but it’s ironically appropriate, let’s say, that by December 2018, when we re-release this book on the anniversary of our first group, when we got together, I have no doubt in my mind that we will have used our tools appropriately and create something greater than we could have done [without the conflict]. Because apparently we needed to change, too, and we weren’t aware. So I’m embracing it all.
I’ll post a link to that model so you can see it in more detail. The important part is to understand where you are in that cycle of change. When we can understand that, ok, we’re on our way somewhere and we don’t quite know how we’ll make all those bridges or where the roads are going, but we just believe we’re going there—when we’re in that phase—it’s illuminating to take a look and ask ourselves, what part of the cycle of change are we’re in in this moment?
There are times we don’t want to change. We just dig our feet in and pretend nothing’s wrong. My description for myself used to be that I’d stand in the middle of the room stomping, my fists clenched, sweat dripping off my brow because I was so mad, pounding and screaming, “I’M NOT MAD!!!” Apparently that was pre-contemplative.
Without much further ado and with great thanks to everyone who participates and listens, thank you so much, I’ll ask us all to take a breath. I want everyone to get as comfortable as they can. I am tucked in my big king bed with my maroon down comforter, and outside there’s a beautiful, clean, white, fluffy snow falling in the forest. It’s so quiet, no cars, no airplanes, no ferries, no sound but what’s real. There is one of the last great bodies of water surrounding me, so I sit in the middle of a crystal.
Today I want us to breathe into the air that I’m surrounded by, this crystalline power of Mother Earth, of compassion, of creation in its purest form, the Earth that you are connected to. That’s the purest form.
We will command that only the most divine light shine down upon you at this time and the greatest good be present here.
0:12:10.0 The Party: Welcome to 2018! We want to thank Barbara for introducing us in such a way that really does set the stage for what we want to focus on this year. We are forever grateful for having an audience willing to take our processes and put them into your bodies. In this action of change—and that is the very stage that we’re speaking of, the action stage, when you take action to change yourself—you are indeed not only being a part of the evolution of human consciousness, to where Compassion is the governing force from within, but you are also changing the way that matter manifests around you.
This year we want to focus on the second of those. The first will be a byproduct of you focusing on the second: focusing on your energy, your life, your decisions, your actions, the action stage of change. Because 2018 will require that you are able to make decisions for the good of the whole at a very fast pace.
That doesn’t mean you can’t ever slow down and relax and not worry about anything. Quite the contrary. We don’t mean that there will be only stressful decisions coming your way. That can be any day of the week.
What we mean is, for yourself, for the internal decision-making aspect of your operating system—which consists of your Intuition impelling an action spurred on by an Emotional dictate connected to Compassion, and then the Intellectual definition and therefore action that gets taken—if you see that energy, those three human dimensions, and how they operate, you can see that Emotion turning into the voice of Compassion as Intuition to impel the entire system to take a step for the good of the whole system is the turning point of change, between that and then what the Intellect does in response to that impelling.
When we say you’ll be challenged to make decisions for the good of the whole rapidly, it isn’t a stress thing as much as it is, imagine getting your “blah-blah-blah” Intellect out of the way. Imagine the feeling of openness, of fresh air in your head. Imagine this picture that Barbara has painted of being surround by crystal water, the power of that water. It’s like she’s in the middle of a crystal, without noise, with fresh air, clean, untainted. That’s what we want your mind to look like. That’s the redefinition that we want to start out with: how to redefine your mind.
Your mind is the mechanism that operates the Intellect. That’s how we distinguish between those two terms. Intellect is a bigger contraption and the mind is a part of its functioning, in the intersection between spirit and physical. Your mind defines your mind, it defines itself.
As many of you experience and have been talking about, those definitions in your mind that are lodged in there from repeated patterns—now you’re realizing it isn’t even just your childhood, but centuries of lives you’ve experienced in other DNA space-time bodies, in other Lenses, other universes, going on right there on the surface of the planet. But this life, in 2018, is the life where you choose to take action and make that change.
So there’s a good redefinition for you if you need something to hold onto or to tack on the wall. There’s a good reminder that you need to look at a bigger continuum of what’s going on, that you are able to see a greater picture. You can’t lose sight of the personal, of course. That’s your platform. That’s the byproduct of all of this work.
When you regenerate, a very simple explanation is “to sustain, a sustainability.” Rather than being so depleted of resources and energy that you’re starved, there’s a continual flow of resource and a positive, direct use of that resource that increases the resource and does not deplete energy. It’s not like there aren’t still seasons or life and death, but there’s a regenerative operating system that is recognized, and those within it, you with the physical bodies, are working to be that change within it.
There are so many around the world right now on the planet in 2018, more and more and more are being driven to take action. When you look at the global situation right now, also try to remember this cycle of change. Many people in the world had no idea that change was needed. The uncovering of the truth is now bringing them to understand that, “We’d better have some change soon.” As you become more aware, you realize it’s not “soon,” it’s “now” when I need to make change. It’s now when I have to find a way.
In people’s behavior you’re seeing that some humans are pushed to a degree of insanity because of their unpreparedness, their clinging to that pre-contemplative stage. The kicking and screaming are intense. They blame other people. They want to bomb other people. You’ll see each individual on the planet being given the same power to change. Some will take it and some won’t. That is that moment we were speaking of earlier between when Emotion drives an Intuitive impelling—that’s one part of it—and then Intellect takes that and interprets it and takes action—that’s where that second part turns into something else.
If you were to also look (for those of you who are metaphysicians and like to see pictures of energy and how that looks) if you have an abscess and it’s throbbing, it’s Emotion at that deep level sending the message up, and Intuition is impelling, “Change.” It gets over to the other side and the message is blotted out and the Intellect puts its own message in there for the good of the few.
You can see this entire model in each individual who has been given the power to make this change. And some won’t. They’ll come around again. It’s OK. But we’re concerned with those who are at the stage where they want to make that change.
So this year, understand that that change means that you have to reinvent something. You have to reinvent what has not been operating correctly. Think about being an inventor. Do you define yourself as an inventor? Or do you say that you’re not very creative or can’t do things well? Thinking now that you’ll be required to reinvent your life, your actions, your whole operating system, you’re in the process—now you have to go back to the first and redefine yourself.
This is a cycle of change as well: redefinition, regeneration, reinvention. Again you come back around where there will be another wave and you’ll be redefining. Redefining is a regular part of your new operating system. Not only redefining those old definitions—that you’re not good enough, smart enough, powerful enough, can’t do it—but redefining who you are. As Barbara said, this will be a familiar mantra in 2018: “You have no idea how powerful you are.” And we mean that on every level. On the level where you can wake up in the morning and say, “I am going to accept that I’m more powerful than I even know,” and also in the humility of looking at the power of Compassion that you can never know, because it’s like knowing God. You can know God, but you can’t really describe God. You can’t have words for the whole of God. You are God in that sense.
You do not understand [how powerful you are] and are in this place of change where you’re out of the pre-contemplative stage and you want to make that change. You’re taking steps to make that change. You’re changing the system, the whole entire system. And you’re experiencing times where you’re just maintaining it. It’s working really well. You’ve done it!
But don’t allow a relapse back into being in a pre-contemplative state [to throw you], because that’s the cycle. It’s the cycle of waking up a little at a time. You can’t just let that whole power plant surge through your outlets. You wake up a little at a time.
We want to say a few words to all of you who work so hard. When you lose your bodies, you will have such a laugh! Not even in an ironic way. Just in the way where there’s a great relief that comes in knowing that you didn’t have to know it all. That you weren’t supposed to be in as much control as you drove yourself to be in.
Every nanosecond when energy was bubbling up through the earth, breaking through to the surface to create your physical body, heartbeat by heartbeat, breath by breath, present moment—talk about present moment, it’s happening now, the miracle! Even as you sit there and do nothing, you feel the miracle of energy surging up through your body to create your body. Then you’re projecting the entire universe and then perceiving it and interpreting it. This is a big job. This is a lot of information. You cannot just wake up to it. You do not just get there. You’re taking your life and committing it to self-awareness, to change for the greater good and for the tiniest good. The greatest good of you, the greatest good of the world around you.
When you lose your bodies and get back to this place, there’s a great joy and a reunion that goes on. We want to talk just a minute about death and say that our job here—those who have come together to make this commitment to help the humans who have bodies in 2018—is that this project and intention of ours to influence you is only about you taking care of you. Everything else becomes a byproduct of that. You do interact with the world. It’s so important that you make compassionate choices when you’re out in the world dealing with people. It strengths the network of the divine.
But really, in the end, when you love yourself in all these ways that we’ve been speaking of for 25 years or more, today, it’s about you and your relationship to yourself. In this year of redefinition, we’ll redefine you as perfect. A perfect operating system. You have the perfect operating system that you are going to change and evolve. And not because it’s not perfect, but because change and evolution are a part of its mathematical basis of regeneration and reinvention.
0:31:30.5 Einstein: I want you to think of yourself as inventors. In many ways, I invented theories, but not like those who went into the laboratory and put together some kind of physical model of the experiment they wanted, whether it was Faraday or the Curies. My forum was pen and paper. You become the laboratory for me and those of us who are here to inspire this change.
We cannot express enough the gratitude that we have that for 25 years we have been able to come together through Barbara’s voice with groups of people to share our viewpoint, to have them participate with us. It’s a success already. We have succeeded in fulfilling what we have set out to do: to plant the seeds of this kind of change.
The Party: And those of you who have been involved, for however long, you have seen the culture change around you, have you not? To be more open, more accepting, more interested, more integrated with these ideas of the inventors, yourselves, inventing these. You see the world change because of those inventions. That is a very honorable place for everyone to be. And any time we can help you redefine yourself, to understand that, just call upon us. We will tell you. You’ll have to think you’re a little crazy in your head to invite in Einstein and the Party, which is a huge party going on here. But then you know that. And you’re a part of it.
What we’re trying to do is to get you accustomed, all of you humans who still have bodies, to the part of your energy that’s already dead, here with us. You have to be careful, because your culture will tell you you’re crazy. But it makes no difference to us, because we know that when you lose your body, you’re going to have a good laugh.
Let’s start off 2018 redefining ourselves as inventors, and let’s use all the tools that we’ve given you and that you’ve learned to change that one person: you. Change yourself. Strive every day to find the places in your operating system that diminish you and change them. That process, if we had to break it down, would be two-part: breathing the Emotion (because when you break out of the pre-contemplative phase and realize that you have a problem, there’s Emotion that follows) and then changing that thought process and those decisions of what you’re going to do.
You’ll find that by the time we get to our last dissertation in Paris at the end of the year you will have found that those voices that diminish you will have diminished themselves. All of you will find the manifestation of this inner work in ways very specific to you, but they are expanding and bringing abundance, relationships, and a deeper trust in yourself, something that you can never lose. Once you learn to care so deeply for yourself, that becomes your operating system. You’ll never lose that again. Everything else springs from that.
With all of this said, we would like to now open for questions and conversation.
Robin: Hello. Thank you, Einstein and Party, for this wonderful dissertation. I have a question myself and also several from Cassandra. I’d like to start with Cassandra’s list. Her first question is, Are spirits on the other side able to taste food?
Party: To a certain degree, but not like you who have the physical chemical action that’s going on. It’s more like the memory of food.
Robin: OK, thank you! You touched on this a bit in your dissertation, about calling upon you and the Party. Her next question is, How much are spirit guides able to intervene and help us when we’re on earth? What is their role in general?
Party: Think of the guidance in two ways. One is, we’re out here cheering for you, rooting for you, being your friend, giving you sage advice, being just another entity in your community of life, your family, etc. To some extent, we can’t do anything any more than anybody else can.
On the other side of it, we’re not going to rig the game so that you “win.” But we work with you (the part of you we were talking about, the part of you that’s dead already) to ultimately manifest what you manifest. In other words, we’ll take the example of you, Robin, you’ve been feeling a little down, going through some times that require more nurturing on your part, a very common condition for the human psyche. All of those events that led to that condition were ultimately done by you with the assistance of the guides, but it’s your greater power that is manifesting those things around you.
Spirit guides are best utilized as friends and not as supernatural beings that will intervene any more than a friend might. If you were stepping off the curb and a bus was coming, a spirit guide might grab you and pull you back. But you wouldn’t want to rely on that. You’d want to be able to be aware of a bus. If you weren’t, then when you got here to the other side you’d have a good laugh. We hope that answers the question.
Robin: Yes, I think so! Thank you. She has another one here. Is there an earth spirit that represents the planet earth, and if so, what would it say to us, especially about the way humans have been treating the earth?
Party: There is an earth spirit. It works through gazillions of pieces, it speaks through the earth itself, the trees, the air, the animals, you. It’s saying that if you don’t take care of me, you will lose your own life. The earth will go on. It’s a similar message of what we’ve been saying to you as humans. If you don’t take care of yourself and your inner life, care for yourself with love and compassion, treat yourself with the greatest good of all, then you’ll lose your life. You’ll eventually end up living in some sort of purgatory where you’re not really living, you’re not happy, you’re lost in process. That’s the message right now.
Robin: Thank you. The questions that I had you touched on, with difficulty. Barbara and I were having a conversation about this the other day, too, in that sometimes the conflict—we are grateful for the lessons that come out of it and we know enough to not blame anyone and feel the blessings and stop and say, “Oh, my gosh, I need change!” But we also were wondering, is there an easier way to maybe find these abscesses, connect with them, heal them, without them having to play out in painful ways in real life, in that pre-contemplation stage?
0:43:25.4 Party: Two answers: one is yes and the other is no.
The yes answer is that if you think about how you dealt with emotion in your life 25 years ago, you have made it a great deal easier. You would have been creating a great deal more drama in your life, a great deal more inner turmoil, had you not been a student of this and yourself, not just us, but a student of yourself, who you came here to be. So you’ve made it easier.
But is it possible to extract the abscess without feeling the pain? That’s the no. If you think about Jesus, in his life, he went into that 33rd or 27th life—the final life as Jesus Christ—as perfect a human as could be. He processed Emotion in a way that no one else could understand. All of his emotions became his power. He did that through living all those other lives as Jesus. You have to do it that way, too, but in a smaller sense. You’re changing yourself through your self-awareness, and thereby what could have been suffering and pain 20 years ago now becomes your power. (Although yes, you’re going through a difficult spell now.)
The way that Jesus had to finally integrate everything was to feel physical pain that would give him an empathy for suffering that he didn’t have prior to being nailed to the cross. It’s not that he didn’t have empathy, it’s not that he hadn’t come as one very perfect evolved psyche of a human. But he needed to feel that pain, to connect on a molecular level. What becomes suffering is when you beat yourself up while you’re feeling the pain, you judge yourself, you diminish yourself, you say you shouldn’t be feeling the pain. All of that is what the suffering is. The rest of it is the first step to accepting that you’re going to feel the pain, and that then becomes the next step to transforming and regenerating the pain.
In other words, you have to quit denying the pain and feel what you … the reason it’s an abscess in the first place is because you don’t want to feel it! Because once you get there, then you can begin to transform it into something else. You can take that pain and turn it into pleasure, turn it into pure healing energy once you’re able to breathe it through your body and then marry it to an intellectual definition. You redefine it. You’re feeling a deep pain, but instead of saying, “What’s wrong with me?” or “That person did this!” you’re saying, “I am connected to the most powerful force in the universe, Compassion. It is by nature a regenerative force that is surging through my body now, regenerating all of my molecules with compassion and love.” You can see how much different it is. It’s still moving through your body, but now you are transforming it into something.
This is an experiment. We’ve done this for 25 years. This isn’t like we’re telling you something that’s been done over and over again. Our theory is—based on what we’ve seen, it looks good: by allowing yourself to feel the pain, it becomes your power. Then you learn what that means, to control your power, how to transform your power, what to do with your power. As we said, you are more powerful than you will ever know.
Robin: Thank you for that clarity and the model, hearing it again, it always seems like I take away another nugget. Just like any perfecting or mastery of anything. You go back in, you hear it again, you see it in a new way, you take another nugget, and then you apply it. I’m eternally grateful.
0:49:04.3 Party: Yes. Think of yourself as a sculptor. You’ve been given a huge mound of clay. It will take a lifetime to sculpt. You step up, you step close, you step back, you take breaks. It’s a never-ending story.
Robin: Which comes back to the cycle that Barbara opened with. It’s like a spiral.
Party: Yes, absolutely. A spiral, and about the place where you are on the spiral, because it keeps spiraling. If you think about it as a moving—it’s finite, but it’s continually spinning, and you’re going up. It’s sort of like those rabbit ears with the electricity that keeps going up and up. It’s nonstop.
Robin: Thank you. I’m excited about this series and inventing in 2018.
Party: Yes. In the sessions to come, we will have some sessions together of invention. What does it mean to invent? How to invent? Where does that divine vision come from of how to take the thought and turn it into the actual physical thing? That’s an exciting part for us, too. We, too, are eternally grateful that you are here with us in great collaboration. Thank you.
Robin: Thank you.
Cathy: I wanted to share a couple comments. I totally understand how when we’re in the midst of something difficult, we want to figure out how we can get through it without the physical pain. But when we can step back and look at it about being more aware, the whole purpose of life in the human body seems to be to experience the experiment of life.
What I came up with from the dissertation today is a sound bite for asking for help. Where I can come up with sound bites for the problem, the issue that I have, that’s easy to come up with. But encompassing a real powerful thing for me now is to, when I know I’m not in awareness or I’m in doubt about something and I want to have that Intuition, now I can ask for “crystal-clear intuition.” When it hit me, I knew that that’s my new mantra for when I’m in the middle of a crisis. I can just say “crystal-clear intuition” and then allow all that encompasses that to be a part of me. I wanted to share that. Thank you.
0:52:27.9 Party: Yes. The mantra is like an invocation of bringing forth that crystal-clear intuition. Remember that the cacophony of the Intellect, which oftentimes mars that crystal clarity, can still go on if you get into the space between the Intuition and the Intellect. When you’re in that place and you realize you have to ask for help and you’re evoking this for yourself, take a minute while you’re breathing and do a visualization.
Think about the Intuition and the Intellect as a joint that comes together, two bones that come together. They’re held together by cartilage and muscle and they bend and they’re connected to one another, but there’s a space between the two. That way you don’t have to waste time struggling to quiet your Intellect in the thinking process. It can go on over there. You’re just going to move to a quiet space for a minute. That will help the clarity address itself and get to you in that moment.
Cathy: Yes, thank you for the crystal-clear clarity!
Party: Now we will close the channel by saying that from where we’re sitting right now, we feel as if we’re in a circle. There’s a circle behind that and one behind that and one behind that. Some of the spirits on those circles that go up are people who will be listening to this in the future. Some are members of the Party who are here in afterlife with us. Some of it is angelic presence. It truly is a very large Party.
What we want to bring home to you in 2018 is that we’re always here. Whether you think of us in a football stadium or an operating room theater, however you see that gathering of intelligence and compassion in the form of this Party, we’re here. Come visit us any time. We will have as much joy talking with you as we have talking through Barbara today. We see great things happening ahead, for each of you individually, but also for the world.
When you despair and look at the world and it seems so crazy and you’re so stressed out, aside from feeling and breathing, remember that this is a cycle of change. You’re witnessing the movement from pre-contemplative space to understanding that change is needed. And you see it. There is no denying this when you look at your world today. It doesn’t mean that everything’s changed, but more and more and more people are standing up to say, “Now I will be the change. I am out of my pre-contemplative stage and I will be the change.”
Know that just as with you, when you personally go through some kind of change, the world is opening up to the bigger joy to where it doesn’t have to be suffering. There’s a ways to go, but 2018 we feel will be a year of great master change, and we are honored and pleased to tell you, for the 25th year, to watch and be amazed.

Barbara: After leaving my glorious refuge in Paris, I arrived in Trondheim, Norway to visit my dear friend and long-time student of the Party, Heike. We got to talking about what had happened to me on my six-week hiatus. Being alone in a foreign country where I knew no one and not in daily communication with friends and family back home gave me the opportunity to examine my life in a way I had not expected.
As the weeks past, I felt the definitions of who I was and what I was supposed to be diminish, and I was left with what is referred to in Buddhism as the “empty cup.” This term is derived from a famous conversation between the scholar Tokusan and Zen Master Ryutan. Apparently Tokusan had come to Ryutan to learn about Zen. During their discussion, Ryutan re-filled Tokusan’s teacup until it was overflowing, explaining, “You are like this cup; you are full of ideas. You come and ask for teaching, but your cup is full; I can’t put anything in. Before I can teach you, you’ll have to empty your cup.”
Examining my life from the emptiness of Paris—void of familiar conversations and interactions—provided an unexpected perspective. From this vantage point, my actions and decisions looked much different than when I was back in the states, busy with obligations, filled with definitions of who I am and demands of who I’m supposed to be. From this Parisienne emptiness, I saw with new eyes.
As a composer, I came to Paris to write music. And yet, I was empty of anything to sing about. Despite being a prolific writer, I could not think of one thing I wanted to articulate. I found myself so devoid of inspiration to create on those levels that I ended up spending most of my time just walking the streets of Paris, observing the daily world.
This in and of itself was not a bad thing; I loved every moment of those long walks through the city I love. But in regards to my identity, I was reminded of a phrase Einstein used early on in our group channeling to describe what it felt like to lose our old identity before the new emerged: “Who am I anymore then anyway?”
Heike admitted to having a similar experience, so we decided to ask Einstein and the Party to shine some light. Once again, my friends provided insight, compassion, and hope. I am eternally grateful.
December 8, 2017
0:00:00.0 We command that only the most divine light shine down upon you at this time and the greatest good be present here.
Once again, it is a brilliant honor to be addressing you this morning in Trondheim, Norway, with Barbara and Heike. Today we have a lot that we want to cover.
You have been, between the two of you, generating questions for your human minds that are being impelled by the bigger soul part of you. So while you sit at the kitchen table talking and thinking, there is an expansive side of you that of course sits where we are in the circle of souls here with the Party. This ability that you have to not only be here with us but be creating your physical body to be the projector and the perceiver of the physical world puts you in quite an advantageous position. Much of what you have been talking about are things that all of us here in the non-physical world have been discussing and working on as well.
We want to begin with what your questions about identity have promoted: the idea that identity is the manifestation of the unique mathematics that you have come here to project and perceive. While we do not have physical bodies, we still have the identity of those bodies. Einstein—the thoughts, feelings, senses, memories, and a holographic form of the DNA space-time body that he lived in during his lifetime in the early twentieth century—without that identity, there is a return to the oneness.
The oneness is so enormous that you cannot articulate the specific identity of it. It’s something like the idea that you can’t really describe God. You can experience it. You can try to form definitions that are limited, but you can never articulate or describe or identify the whole of God without just saying “the oneness” or what have you. Identity is essential to the experience of human life.
What you’re going through right now in this life, here in 2017, is an expansion and a redefinition of the identity of who you are. What we’ve been teaching and training for all of the years that we’ve been working with Barbara and with you, Heike, and with everyone else who’s listening and considering our words, is a redefinition of who you identify as. What you’re seeing in your culture today is that people are being stripped of the finite definitions that they have acquired through their lifetimes and that they relate to.
Some of these definitions have come with you in the form of mathematical formulas. So that you cannot redefine your DNA in the sense of what is forming as your body. You can certainly redefine your gender in what you relate to as far as gender issues. You can redefine who are you in relationship to relationships and in relationship to yourself.
But part of what the challenge is right now is to understand what is the intrinsic root of the definition of who you are that cannot be changed, that is immutable in this life, and what can be changed. If you were to go into another life where perhaps you were in a mystery school, one of the Toltec sorcerers, or some of the other indigenous tribes that let go of the physical world, then you might be able to experiment with the immutable. But we’re talking about the culture that you’re living in, that you’ve grown up in. Short of leaving everything behind and going deep into the Amazon jungle to live with the wizards and the sorcerers with the hallucinogenic of learning how to really let go of the physical world, it’s important that you understand that there are mutable and immutable identities.
That’s the challenge right now. The development, the evolution of human consciousness, is about expanding awareness while you’re in a physical DNA space-time body that is immutable. You cannot redefine your body. It’s there, it’s doing what it’s doing. You can refine your relationship to it, but you cannot—short of death, when you completely redefine your energy—change those scientific DNA space-time facts about the physical vehicle which is projecting and perceiving the universe.
But as you change your relationship to it. You can have a metamorphosis without changing those immutable facts. In other words, you are a woman, you were born in this year, you grew up with these parents, you had these experiences. All of these facts are in this life immutable. That doesn’t mean that you’re trapped in the influences of those things. It means that to a certain degree, they are unchangeable, but to a different degree, within the context of that form, there’s a lot that can be changed.
Some people are born with certain genetic dispositions: they have a certain number of genes in their physical bodies that predisposes them to cancer or other diseases. So while you can’t destroy or change the structure of what those genes are being perceived and experienced in, you can indeed change some of that genetic structure. If you’re predisposed to cancer because of a certain genetic makeup, you can influence what that genetic makeup is. People don’t know how; they have not yet learned. But this was a lot of the study that we have promoted about regeneration and physical healing. This is the experimental time for people like yourselves to remove the identity that certain parts of you are immutable and to change that into, “We can transform this into taking what this vessel is at its core and making it into something else, into a healthy body.”
Part of the challenge is that some humans come here in order to balance all of the experiences of concurrent lives. This time, 2017, on the planet is a time of the evolution of human consciousness in such a way that you’re integrating these other lives. You’re feeling the thoughts, feelings, senses, and memories of other physical DNA space-time bodies that exist in different Lenses around the planet.
Barbara was speaking of her Irish life [as Lisle]. The string that is spinning in Lisle’s life is intersecting in the Source in her compilation of consciousness and coming up the string that’s spinning as Barbara. So the immutable space-time DNA body of Barbara is embodying the life, thoughts, feelings, and senses of the non-physical part of Lisle. If [Barbara] were to remove herself from culture and study in such a way, “time travel” could be possible. If she could send her consciousness back into the Source and up that string, she could have an experience, an awareness, of being Lisle in Ireland in 900, in that space-time body, because it’s there and it’s having that human experience. It’s living over and over and over and over, birth, life, death, birth, life, death.
The idea of the expansion and the evolution of human consciousness is to become aware of all these other lives and then consequently of the fact that you are just one organism. All of that is heavy on the small human minds of Barbara or Heike. It taxes human perception to have to let go of the identity of Barbara and reconfigure the awareness and the identity of Lisle.
There are psychological blocks to that, which is why when the Mayans and the Toltecs experimented with this, they took hallucinogenic drugs which broke down their attachment to this particular life and allowed their awareness then to reconfigure in shapeshifting. [The same is true] in mystery schools and St. Germain. Being able to shift awareness into other physical forms doesn’t mean destroying the identity of those Toltecs or St. Germain. It just means that the awareness was focused on a different identity while this identity was still intact.
To do that is a very evolved state wherein you are no longer blinded as a human to what happens before you’re born and after you die. You’re aware of a much bigger system, and your identity includes that life and also others. The overall identity is of a much bigger being with much different power in the physical body than culture will admit to in 2017.
That’s one of the challenges of this evolution. How do humans understand this so they can let go, so their awareness can shift and expand into a bigger awareness? Because there’s an intrinsic fear of death, the fear that if you let go of your physical body, you’ll be dead. And while there is some truth to that, there is also the truth that when you go to sleep at night, you let go of your physical body. You turn your awareness completely off from the physical world. You’re in the non-physical, and your consciousness is more like smoke during sleep. Sometimes it coagulates into a dream memory that you wake up with. But there’s a lot of activity going on in sleep, a lot of expansion of consciousness that goes on because you aren’t focused on the awareness of being in that particular body. But is that physical body still there while you’re sleeping? Yes.
The work that we’ve been doing with you is all about this kind of change, of letting go. What you’re seeing in yourselves and in the world around you is that people are being challenged with this in baby steps. You begin with your awareness-raising when you get to a certain point in your life and you start to reflect back on your childhood—what you were taught, what you believed—and as you live life, as you experience it, you have a different relationship to that past. You can forgive things that were unforgivable. You can turn tragedy into triumph. You can transmogrify your whole life in that way, and in a way, that is changing the identity of who you are.
But these are baby steps in a bigger metaphysical transformation of human consciousness where you aren’t fooled by birth and death, where you pull in the memory of other lives, where you come with the memory and the awareness of the non-physical parts of you. Some of this is apparent with the Dalai Lama. The way the Dalai Lama is discovered is to take those toys from life after life after life and see which little human being recognizes and remembers those things. This culture and others have this, but they’re not mainstream Western culture.
You have to remember that Western culture is one of the least spiritual cultures to ever have graced the planet. You have volunteered, chosen to come here to be the missing link between this big truth that you know in your body and your heart exists and the smallness of what this culture is.
Human defining of what culture is about is much different than spiritual defining. For example, Barbara was speaking about her father, that before they came into this life, they made a contract that they would help each other learn particular lessons. It wasn’t that they contracted [for her] to be abused and tortured and [him] alienated then from his children. It was, “We’re going to give you a chance to rise above these things, to expand your consciousness, your awareness, and thus evolve in a way that you would otherwise not be able to.” That’s the whole point of human experience in the physical world: it’s a platform to evolve. It gives you these rigorous lessons in order to expand your consciousness.
So while defined in terms of human culture, sexual abuse is a terrible thing—it’s damaging, it robbed her of a normal life as you define it—in the context of the soul and the definitions of why you came here in the first place, it’s a perfect platform to work out this expansion of human consciousness. As we started out saying, you there with the physical bodies, you’re the gods. You’re the ones who have the opportunity to do this right now.
In the example of Barbara’s experience with her father, she was able to use that platform to liberate herself from the confines of the physical human definitions of what went on. She could have gone to her grave with the definition that, “I was sexually abused as a child and therefore I wasn’t able to have a normal life,” or she could redefine it as, “Look at the gifts,” and also then soul-search and use the processes we have given her to look in the mirror to see where those experiences were embedded in a definition in her head and then change the definition in the Intellect that would then free her energy to expand and experience a greater good.
That’s what it’s all about: to create a greater good. The end result is that you want to have an organism—a oneness, a unity of this organism—that understands that its multiple parts are all part of one organism so that you’re working for the good of the whole. In order to do that, you have to be put in situations that aren’t for the good of the whole, to transcend them and to grow while you’re in a physical body.
But here you are, sitting in the circle of souls—the part of you that’s already dead, that’s been studying with us anyway in the non-physical—and you can understand this. You can see it clearly. You can look at why you went down [into physical life]. It’s as if you aren’t separated from the reality of what happens in between lives, but it exists simultaneously with the life that you’re in: the idea that you have duality in this life, you have separation in the Lens. It’s not that you’re totally separate from God or separate from each other, it’s that you’re experiencing a reality that has separation so that you can see yourself, so you can see multiple facets of yourself. You’re looking at a part of yourself when you see Barbara, when you see your ex-husband, when you see everyone on the street.
How are you as a human mind going to cope with the psychological challenge to your human thinking that says, “We have to have separation. This is not me, this is not me, this is not me”? Those are truths, too. Barbara is not you sitting in the chair where you’re sitting. At your roots, you’re part of the bigger mechanism. These are the challenges, the steps of evolution that we are promoting.
What you’re seeing in the world today is a falling-away of pretense so that you can no longer have a façade that you are this finite definition, when behind it there are so many other contradictory definitions. Many of you who are listening to this have gone through a personal journey where you thought you had to be a particular person to be accepted in culture, and then things started to happen to you that evoked an emotional response that you could not control, try as you would to keep that smaller box going. The emotional responses pushed you into redefining yourself. “I’m a good person.” “I’m not mad.” And then huge anger comes forward. Maybe you’re standing in a room shouting, “I’m not mad!” and thus illustrating to you that, “OK, I’m saying I’m not mad, but here’s all this anger.” Now you’re beginning to redefine.
Then you have anger and you’re wondering what to do with it. Will you let it dominate your definition process? Try to repress it?
The healthy answer is to allow this emotion to flow and then discover who you are, what you’re going to do with that energy. In that way you begin to discover that you have a domain that you have power over and here’s what it is. What is your power? What does that mean? You have a fire hose of anger coming out, a powerful thing. It isn’t so much to shut down the hose as to how to develop the strength of the muscles in your arms to point that hose at the fire, in a safe direction so it can flow freely and the energy can be unblocked. Then you started to refine how you’ll deal with it now you’ve accepted that you have anger. How will you deal with it in a healthy way? Now your Intellect is working in conjunction with this deep Emotion that’s transforming you and you’re forming a new identity.
This new identity is constantly being redefined even in an example of the individual life—that some of it is immutable and some of it is mutable—and to figure out which is which. Here you are at this age, and you’re still a woman with this nose and these arms and this thinking process. But within that context, you’re so much more than that. You begin to transcend the definitions you had 25 years ago. You begin to expand that so that you increase your ability to handle more and more information, more and more energy. As you begin to recognize that the thoughts, feelings, memories of others lives are coming through embodied in this life, now you can make different choices about how you’re going to deal with that, react to that, process that for the good of the whole, the good of your whole system.
In Barbara’s case, telling story of Lisle illustrates the painstaking work of understanding what this meant and how to heal from suicide, how to transform in this body the thoughts, feelings, senses, and memories of a different life and take them as your own as thoughts, feelings, senses, memories of this life, to put them in your domain in this life. Now you have multiple personalities.
Unlike what psychology or psychiatry might tell you about multiple personality, it’s a normal state, a state of expansion of human consciousness that everyone is going through. They just don’t have the tools, the understanding, the definitions to know how to deal with that. Just like when you were younger and you didn’t know that all the experiences you had as a child were affecting how you were thinking and feeling and perceiving the world. You had to learn, step by step, who you were, what it was, make correlations, make changes, make different definitions, forgive, heal—all of those things to get to where you are now. This is what the whole world is going through.
You can’t do that unless you know transparently who you are—the good, the bad, the ugly. For a lot of people, accepting the “bad”—the negative, the evil part of self—is very, very difficult. There’s a great deal of denial that there is a whole huge holistic identity that encompasses the worst evil and the highest divinity that can possibly be embodied in a human being. You have the Hitlers and the Jesuses within each and every human being. The idea is that your consciousness expands past just this human DNA space-time body to encompass the reality of all that so that you can have the consciousness to unify that field.
This is a lot of what the work we’ve been doing has been about: teaching a human being how to process the worst evil that comes through, the most unaccepted emotion as defined by culture, and how to embrace it in order to integrate it all into one powerful energy.
When as a human you’re defining yourself in such a small way—that you have to be a good person, that this is bad energy and this is negative feelings—and you can’t let those come through and you’re in this small box, you experience an array of different emotions that then get defined as such. When anger comes up, there’s a reaction, a lot of times shutting it down or projecting it on someone else. “They caused me to feel this way.” But when you start to expand and experience anger, depression, sadness—all of the negative parts of yourself—as undefined, without any judgment, that it’s all just energy and you’re going to move it without letting it stop and without defining it and without acting on it, now you are creating a powerful unified field with that energy, and all this emotion becomes your power.
This is what’s so important about the work we’ve been doing: to help humans one at a time to understand how to access that whole spectrum of personal power and redefine it. So that now when anger comes up, there’s a knee-jerk reaction to step back and start to breathe. And that’s different than 25 years ago, when anger would come up and you would pound your fists or blame your father or blame yourself or get trapped in the thinking process. Now it comes up, and those of you who have been studying with us for so long can take that individual spectrum of your power that you’ve defined as anger and channel it into attaching itself to a thought that is regenerative.
That’s counterintuitive to what culture tells you can be done, but it’s truly what gives you your power: to either just move it or to use it to fuel the manifestation of positive, powerful, regenerative thought. In that way, when your anger comes up, you step back, you start to feel and breathe it and own it and love it. Then you attach it to the thought of, “I’m going to find a solution for the good of all,” for whatever the scenario is that triggers the anger that you’re dealing with. You’ve been given the platform which you are working from to expand your consciousness. That’s what all of these human dramas are about. They’re platforms for you to actively expand your consciousness.
Much like Barbara was talking about with relationships—it’s one thing to sit in a room and think about what you want in a relationship, and it’s another thing to be in a relationship with someone working in a live, active platform. Both are necessary, but they’re different experiences with different outcomes. We’ve often used the analogy that you can go to a library, get out all the books you want about how to fly a plane. You can even set up a little control panel on the table in the library and imagine, but it’s still not the same as going out to the tarmac and getting into the plane and flying. That’s a lot more dangerous. This is pretty safe, in the library. You can imagine being in danger, but you’re not. In the plane, your physical body is being put in the position where you could fall out of the sky. The plane could go down, and you might lose your life.
This world of experiences that you’re having is the platform for this change. Even though when you look at the whole operating system, when you come out to the heavens and look down, you see the Lens—Barbara and Heike are sitting together in Trondheim in 2017 in a specific latitude and longitude in these space-time bodies. You still see the Lens over here over where Lisle is having her Irish experience. You see other lives where you’ve been, where Barbara’s been. You see it all more as an organism, as a molecule with multiple parts to it. Now you’re redefining your entire identity. It doesn’t change the DNA space-time bodies of Barbara or Heike, but it changes the DNA space-time bodies of Barbara and Heike’s understanding and definition of the much more total you, the much bigger picture of who you are.
Even though these are concurrent lives within the Lenses, there is a sequential passing-through of space and time that you go through. Human history from the beginning of the emergence of humans all those many years ago on the planet to now has been a sequential year-after-year-after-year progress. And it will continue on in that way so that when you look down from the Observer at the planet and you see all the Lenses, there are Lenses where you have DNA space-time bodies in the year 2032, in the year 2100. Those are affected by the sequential earth history progress through time and space in the physical world—but you’re not trapped in them. This period of time on the planet is about humans having the veil fall, seeing the totality of who they are and having to find a way to redefine it. And much as is true in evolution, sometimes the fish that throws itself up onto the land to adapt to breathing the air instead of breathing with gills doesn’t make it in that particular Lens. But they come back to the eternal awareness. After Barbara’s body is gone and you’re back up here in the Observer, you can still see that Lens of where that life was. The thoughts, feelings, senses, and memories are there, but your expanded awareness is in the non-physical, nonlinear, eternal part of consciousness that is expanding and expanding.
This is all very difficult sometimes for us to articulate because of the complexity of the vision and the ability that you have to absorb all of that. If there are people who could, it would be the two of you, and the others who are listening later, who grasp some of what we’re saying. The most important part is to remember that your individual life is the platform for that expanded awareness. The more that you live in that truth and look at your life and have a relationship to your physical world that is about the bigger picture, the more you are expanding your awareness and detaching from the identity that culture wants to you have of the smaller box of limitations, the finite world. You’re infusing into that a new definition of expansion and of limitless possibility. That is the most important part: for humans to understand that this platform of your life is the opportunity to be a part of this change.
Once you let go of your fear of death—and again, not just sitting in the library thinking, but being in the physical world but not of it, not trapped by it, having that experience, acknowledging the part of you that exists outside the Lens, communicating in this way—you’re part of the evolution of the entire human species. But you’ll see and you are seeing that not all humans are at this point capable of hearing, of breathing air rather than breathing through the water. They may not get to that place in this life. That’s the nature of evolution.
But for you who can, that is the important part. The next time a person passes away attached to the physical world, attached to the smaller identity, dies, expands, and goes through the memory training program, that person wakes up and says, “Oh, right, I remember, I went down to have this experience, to learn and expand, and I got this far, so let’s go again. Let’s have another go at it.” You do the same until there is a seamlessness in that, like the Dalai Lama, where you’re born and you remember, “Here I am in this platform. Here I am to do it.” That’s when you really get change.
That’s what you’re seeing in the children of today. They’re coming in with an awareness not quite so obscured, waking up to a natural reality of expansiveness and thereby changing culture, rather than being trapped in the culture like you have felt in your lives. All of this is a beautiful, beautiful dance of great cooperation. We are so privileged to be able to articulate it to you in this way. Before we open for conversation or questions, we want to say that every experience—good or bad, or if someone is being greedy and negative, if people are not aware of their power—every experience is an opportunity for you to reframe your own physical experience.
For example, right now on a worldwide level, the veil is being removed. You’re seeing greed and humans wanting to harm other humans. You’re seeing evil playing out in human beings where people are making decisions for the good of the few at the expense of the many. This is a good thing. This is a positive, powerful part of the expansion of human consciousness.
Culture will define it as the end of the world, but you don’t have to buy into what that means, because the end of the finite, limited world of powerlessness, yes, it is the end of that. Every one of those “evil” humans, you can rest assured, is going through the same process you are. You might be blessed (or whatever word you want to use) with the idea that you have a greater consciousness, that you’re making decisions for the good of the whole, that you want to be a part of that change, as opposed to people who want to destroy the planet, destroy the world, have things for themselves. But when you step outside the Lens, they too, when they’re dead, will wake up with the consequence of their decisions. And they, too, will have to come to terms, when they don’t have a physical body, with what all that accumulation of decision-making mathematics has done to their energy and how they can bring balance to that. “OK, let’s go in again.” Now we have to have another life, one where those who were greedy experience being the ones who were being stolen from or destroyed. That’s their mission.
All you need to do is focus on your decision-making power and how you use it and how you’re contributing to the good of the whole and what mathematics you’re putting into your life. If you’re working for the good of the whole to expand your consciousness to benefit the planet for whatever reason, you have a positive impact on the planet, whether you’re actively working to save children or help abused women—whatever the activities are that you are working in to benefit the whole in every way that you can, starting with yourself. Now you’re contributing to your personal expansion, to your personal evolution, and to the greater evolution of human consciousness. And that’s all you really have to know.
Every day is your platform to dedicate yourself to work for the good of the whole, starting with the whole of yourself. Start with having a healthy relationship to the whole spectrum of your emotion, which then becomes your power. Work to listen to the Intuition that will impel you in any given situation what decision to make to work for the good of the whole. Work to have control of that intellectual energy that’s defining and redefining. Working these three dimensions together so that they align, so that the Emotion is moving through and Intuition is impelling because you’re letting all the Emotion come through, and Intellect is doing the bidding of Intuition as you perceive what’s going on in the physical world. Make decisions for the good of the whole.
Your body becomes healthier, your mind becomes more settled, your Intuition becomes stronger, and you attract others to you and teach others by example and become a shining light and inspiration. You affect the mathematics of your bigger energy, of the wave that is you. That in turn affects the lives of others in ways of experiencing other potential. It helps move the entire planet into the manifestation of what the outcome is, which is to have a physical world that is reflective of the good of the whole. You’re returning to the Eden idea, that the planet is in fact heaven, and even in the worst of activities on the planet, it’s a platform to move this forward.
We are so pleased and honored, as we say constantly, that we have this platform, that we can speak so clearly and succinctly to humans who are listening and applying what they hear. We feel now we’re making a difference.
Some of the individual mathematics that we carried into Afterlife from our decision-making processes are being transferred as well. So yes, even Hitler, in this Afterlife, is being given a platform to transform the greater human consciousness as well as the individual energy. It’s quite a miraculous experience, we would say, for all of us.
Are there any questions or conversations you would like to have?
0:51:53.6 Heike: Sometimes I have difficulty relating to people who are not breathing the air, not being fish, who don’t try to throw themselves on land. Sometimes I lose patience with them and sometimes with myself at not being patient enough with them. I would like some insight into how to relate to different people and also to my own state of mind at any given time to accept them better, to accept myself better exactly where I am. Sometimes I think I should be in a different dimension already. Other people who talk to me are angry and captured in their emotions. I try to understand them better, but sometimes I’m not able to, I cannot relate to them in the way I would like to. Do you have any insight there?
Party: Yes, several things. One is that in a world of seven billion people, that’s a lot of fish. While you must acknowledge that this is one being with seven billion aspects. You don’t have to try to satisfy/evolve/influence all seven billion. There’s a reason why your world is finite: so that you can cope with, deal with this platform you’ve been given.
Within that finite platform, a subset of seven billion—and that isn’t even accurate because of other lives and parallel and concurrent lives, but you get the idea—first of all it’s process. You throwing yourself into your human life and letting yourself experience the joy of victory and the agony of defeat is part of the process. When you get impatient and judgmental—“Look at these people, they’re so close-minded!”—and you’re having that momentary definition and thought process, it’s all part of the passion of what’s driving evolution forward. It wasn’t ever intended that you come into the world and sit like Buddha on a mountain, not having any experience like that. All of it is important to your develop and your self-awareness.
Those people who are triggering you, people you might be defining as less or judging them—especially those people are giving you an opportunity to see yourself. It’s that infinity symbol that goes around. It’s making a pass, gaining a little more self-awareness, coming back around, bringing with you a little more self-awareness, coming back around, looking at the mirror of those triggers, looking at yourself, finding where you are defining yourself, judging yourself that way, changing your thinking process a bit, releasing more of that negative, uncomfortable emotion. It’s all these little tiny baby steps in the evolution of who you are.
Step back in a comfortable time, when there’s no one specific triggering you, and see the bigger picture. See the infinity symbol of energy that’s going on within you passing through space-time. Look back on 20 years ago, when you were so much different, and now today, where you’ve changed so much, where you’ve let go so much of trying to get into other people’s energy and judge them and define them in such a way. It still happens, because it’s still the platform.
It’s also reflective of the rest of culture. If you lived in a culture, say, thousands of years ago—an indigenous culture where there was peace and harmony with the planet, with the earth, there was healthy eating, close to nature, there weren’t modern distractions—living in that culture, what you’re describing would have been considered mental illness.
But you’re in a culture that is the complete opposite, the least spiritual culture there is, that breathes the kind of behavior that makes it normal. How many people do this? How many people project? How many people aren’t self-aware? How many people are not making decisions for the good of the whole of their lives, are making decisions for the good of the few, using their intellectual energy at the expense of their emotional energy? That’s normal now, that’s what people do. That’s what you see in other people, and that’s what frustrates you, that you know what it should be. They come to trigger you to show you, “Here’s one more platform for me, one more step I’m given.”
This is a difficult, difficult culture to live in. The indigenous one, where magic was a way of life, where nature was the ruling God, that’s the sanity of humans in conjunct with nature and with the planet, with earth, water, air—the things that are the basic human survival. This culture is so complicated. You have to give yourself the long view. But you also have to give yourself the acknowledgment that you’ve come here to be human, to throw yourself into it, to make mistakes, to have experiences, to grow yourself, and you’re doing it. It’s that pattern, the same pattern, but every time you come around, you’re a little more expanded, until there’s an expansion that cannot be denied. Does that make sense?
1:00:51.5 Party: We’re going to close this channel by saying that in 2017, there’s a lot of opportunity for culture today in this part of the change to rob you of the truth of your expansive miraculous nature. It is one of the least spiritual cultures, if not the least spiritual culture, that’s even been on the earth plane.
You can either allow yourself to be trapped by that short-term, fearful, finite human definition of what’s going on, or you can expand yourself, throw yourself up onto the land and start to suck in the air that’s changing your operating system, that’s changing the operating system of the children of the future, and take the long view. Take steps to love yourself, to love your worst thoughts, transforming them, not rejecting them, not judging them, to love the most difficult emotion, not suppressing it, not denying it. Expand into defining yourself as the whole of everything, from the very worst to the very best, and know that it’s process.
From our seat on the bus, those of you who are working with us and listening to us, this interaction is miraculous, is it not, that we can have through Barbara—the voices in which we can speak to you through your hearing, your own voices coming into your life of higher consciousness of your own Party, of God, whatever you want to call it, and then acting on it? It is such a beautiful process.
You see, we aren’t trapped in the fear of what’s going to happen to the physical world like you are. We see the expansion of human consciousness. We see the veil dropping and humans rising to the occasion. And we are watching and being very much amazed. And it’s with great gratitude that we say, Namaste.
0:00:00.0 Barbara: Well, good morning, afternoon, or evening. It is November 19th, 2017. This is Barbara With, with the Party of 12, guided by Albert Einstein. You who are here with us, listening, either live or downloaded, know that I started this year doing this series I’ve called a Re-Boot Camp, one a month, designed to bring in other perspectives on the information that we’ve been studying for so long. I had special guests, people talking. And then summer came, and my life, as it is wont to do in summer, got very busy with other things, and I haven’t produced one since then.
I’ve been on a nice journey myself. I hope you all have been, shall we say, finding your path. I had a wonderful summer tour with my friends Fredy Argir and Bill Smithfor about three weeks, playing music together. We’re old friends. We used to play back in the ’70s and we reunited on this tour. One of our members, Lonny Knight, passed away before the tour could take place, so Fred and I went on and did it. It was a really remarkable experience to play 12 shows in 16 days in about eight different cities again, as a musician who’s been on the road before—I started out as a musician.
Now today, I’m here in Paris, where I’ve come for about six weeks on what I call a pilgrimage of creativity. I have an apartment with a piano and time enough to settle into Paris and develop more of a local feel. So far the experience of being in Paris is wonderful, beyond what I ever could have imagined. I’m in love here. I will come back and do this again. I’m in love with Paris.
But while I’ve been here, my friends back home on the Bad River Indian reservation in Ashland have had a bad time. I live on Madeline Island in northern Wisconsin and Lake Superior. The Bad River Indian Reservation, and Red Cliff—the Lake Superior band of Chippewa have a big presence in my community, and I’m very much a part of their lives. My friends’ nephew, grandson, son—a 14-year-old boy was shot to death by the police.
This was and is another event that I’m talking about when I say I think the world’s gone insane and it’s because we have a mental disorder. The Intellect is raging out of control right now. The imbalances that we experience personally and then the imbalances in the world have left us so that we don’t know what to think. What do we think any more? It doesn’t surprise you, does it, to hear me say this, after everything that’s gone on this year? Natural disasters, school shootings, hate marches—the world seems to have gone completely insane.
I decided for this Re-Boot that I wouldn’t plan anything. I wouldn’t have a guest because I wanted to hear from Einstein. I have to admit that after I fell down the stairs and tackled some postoperative narcotic psychosis, as I called it, I wondered if I had become brain-damaged. But it turned out I was de-toxing from all of the deadly drugs that they gave me during the operation. During that time I wondered how channeling would be after the traumatic and shocking experience of falling down about 20 stairs and breaking my wrist.
I can tell you, for me, it’s taken it to another level, the whole experience, a deeper level for me. For those of you who have had a before-and-after experience, you can attest to how it keeps getting more articulate and more precise and more inspiring.
I did a reading for a woman a couple of days ago. She said, “Do you get stuff out of this, too?” I said, “I get connected to what the truth is. Every time I do a reading, I get to go into that place of the non-physical and be connected to what the really big story is. When I come back to the Lens, I can be a little more detached and thus a little more effective and a little more able to enjoy life even when it’s not enjoyable.”
After Jason Pero, 14 years old, died, I wrote a story about it. So instead of writing music, I went back to my journalism. You can find it at the WisconsinCitizens Media Coop. I wrote the story of his murder and the epidemic of murders and why there’s an epidemic of police murders, about what the structure of the law is that is allowing this to continue to take place. But on the bigger level, what are we going to do?
Those are unanswerable questions at this point, on November 19th, 2017, except that I’ve watched my community come together and not be hampered by racism. The county board has called a special meeting to be held at the reservation, big enough so everyone can speak. We’re going to come together as a community and make a change.
Regardless of if there will be justice in the political system, this gets back to what I’m looking forward to hearing today from the Party about the state of the world. Because I know in my brain, I know intellectually that my job is to live in the world but not of it. That doesn’t mean I don’t care about people, or I won’t take action or take steps to help my neighbors, or stand up for justice.
It means that when I know why I’m here and I know what my purpose is—to love, that’s the bottom line, to learn what that means—the whole world is a platform for me to put that into play. Then I’m more effective in having a meaningful, fulfilling life, despite the fact that the world might be coming to an end.
If you add that to what we’re doing— we are experimenting with the manifestation of creation with the intent to use our love filters for our own energy, to shape and intend that we’ll be the change. That’s why we’re here. I don’t think any of us came here to be punished for another life, any of that. What we’re here for is to use all of these circumstances to turn ourselves into love.
In that sense, with Jason’s unfortunate killing, knowing what I know became something much different from thinking that I have to go in there and demand that that police officer be held accountable for what he did. I don’t have to use a lot of energy and emotion trying to manipulate the Lens. I can step back and take a breath and say, “What can I use my energy for to make sure the good of the whole is achieved here?” I was able to do that with this event [by writing the story].
I know the family. It’s a horrible, horrible thing. I used all of that deep emotion to focus on writing a piece that was about educating people and asking the right questions, rather than roiling up in a terrible situation that has many sides to it.
Just the fact that I could do that in those circumstances was a sign to me of the work that we’ve been doing—and I say “we” because I can’t do this work without you all. And I do it alone, you do it alone, but we need each other to continue to remind ourselves of why we’re here in this crazy world right now.
As I mentioned in my blog the other day, my family has had two murders, my cousin Amy in 2006 and my nephew Howie in 2012, that forced me to examine my belief system, to ask myself what I believe about eternal life, about forgiveness. “Here are the deaths. What will you do, and how will you do it?” Applying Conflict REVOLUTION intentionally to each of them, I believe, especially with my nephew’s murder, that we made miracles. My sister has fully participated in that, and it has indeed created miracles.
So with all of this experimentation we’re doing, I’m hoping that those of you who are listening and thinking about what the unified field theory and Conflict REVOLUTION mean and how you use it in your life, at the very least you can know as you learn that it is effective. I will say, without a doubt, that every single time I do it, I get an outcome that is bigger than I could have done myself, going at it in the Lens, trying to prove justice needs to be done. I can do it better and have an outcome that’s bigger than I could have ever imagined.
Today I want Einstein to talk to us about the practicality of this. Many of you have been listening to this information and using it in your life like lab rats. I want to inspire you to never forget that it’s the baby steps. Your mind can’t logically draw correlations between how you taking care of yourself will help world peace. [It’s because] you are then becoming the one who is loving yourself. If Intuition is telling you to slow down, when you follow it, you are then the one who becomes the vehicle for love of self. It seems like such a little thing, and we you get carried away with all the details of our lives.
I know that you, Robin, are very busy right now, there’s so much going on. But when we slow down to the baby step, the next most advantageous step, we have the knowledge that by doing that little thing, taking care of that, taking care of your life, that you’ll effect an outcome or be guided somewhere that you couldn’t do by yourself.
For me, I think my life is living proof of it. You don’t have to prove it to anyone, but every day, when I feel and breathe, when I let myself listen to Intuition and do what it says without fighting it, I am able to create outcomes of much greater good all the way around. Why wouldn’t that ripple out into the rest of the world, why wouldn’t the people in the supermarket line, the librarian, everybody we come into contact with get to experience living love?
I’d like us to begin today with a guided visualization.
Close your eyes. Turn your focus inward. Take a few deep breaths. Let’s go into the vision that we are all out in the heavens looking down on the beautiful, beautiful planet earth. Linda’s somewhere around LA, Sharon’s in Minneapolis (we’re pointing on the map) Barbara’s way over there in Paris, Robin’s way over there in Washington state, Carmen’s in Romania, David is in Australia, Heike is in Norway, a bunch of people all over the world.
We’re looking down and we’re seeing the Lens that we are each creating. Robin, I can see you sitting in your kitchen or in a comfortable room of your house. But from here, up in the heavens, I can’t see anything but the planet. In these two places we begin to get accustomed to the fact that we are much bigger than our DNA space-time human body having the physical experience. Our energy and our operating system are so much bigger than we know.
One reason we begin with this visualization of being in many different places at once is to get you in touch with those places energetically in the DNA space-time body that is sitting there in the Lens. We want your physical body to also be connected to this ethereal perspective up here in the heavens as the Observer, looking down on the planet, the big, big, biggest picture.
So there’s the planet. Then there’s the physical world of the Lens. Then there’s the last piece of this holy trinity of Human Intention, which is the Source. That is in the middle of Mother Earth, the very center of the planet, where all humankind erupts from.
So here we are, out in the heavens. We see ourselves down there on the planet. We get into the planet, we feel and anchor into the center of the earth. And we feel a wave that is our identity, flowing from the source, from the center of the planet, flowing up through the earth, bursting out through the edge of the earth to create your physical body, which is then the projector and the perceiver of the entire universe.
Isn’t that amazing? Despite what’s going on in the Lens, despite all the terrible things we’re describing going on on the planet, isn’t that amazing? Creation of human life, the gravitational wave bursting forth, your physical body is projecting the universe and then it’s perceiving it back—the entire universe. All the energy is slowed down, everything separates so you can perceive separation, perceive the physical world.
To me, that alone is beyond description—even though we just tried to describe it! It’s like how there are really no words for God, because it’s too big. And when we start knowing ourselves this deeply, by the time we get to the Lens, yes, there’s a lot going on in the Lens. But it’s just a passing-through point. It is the manifestation of the creation, but it’s just a passing-through point for that wave that’s going on into the heavens, picking up into the earth’s electromagnetic field, going back down the North Pole, back down to the center, as it spins and spins at the speed of light squared. And the Lens is what slows that wave down and separates out everything else, creates your DNA body, puts you in that space-time, in that latitude and longitude.
I’ve noticed, being in Paris, that when I go to Google Maps, they don’t give you an address any more. They give you latitude and longitude. All of this is the mathematics. And that right there, what we just described, that vision of the spinning string and the human Intention, as we call it, the Observer in the heavens, the Lens of the physical world, the Source in the center of the planet, that is the operating system of human consciousness. What you program into it is what you’ll manifest in the Lens.
All of this can help us have a different perspective of what is going on in the Lens. And it means the difference between feeling like a victim to this physical world—“Oh, why, oh, why was I born at this time? Oh, my God, how can these horrible things be happening to us? Let’s blame the Republicans, the Democrats, the rich, the poor! It’s all going to hell in a hand basket.”
OK, I get that. I’m there. But when we can back up and remember our mission—world peace, one person at a time, starting with me—to become the love that will guide human consciousness into the next step of evolution, [then] we all have so much more power.
0:20:11.9 We will command that only the most divine light shine down upon you at this time and the greatest good be present here.
The Party: We are so honored to welcome you to this circle, all of you who are listening all over the world at different times, in different spaces, in different bodies. We have convened a collection of souls, shall we say, that at this time brings not a new message so much as an uplifted and supportive message.
All of the work that we are doing—those of us who don’t have bodies, who still have consciousness, who still have access to thoughts, feelings, senses, memories—we are working at a new level of consciousness ourselves. We, too, after all of this time and all of this work, have gotten to a place where our clarity is even greater, where our understanding of how to inspire has come a very long way in our mission.
Just to back up a bit, when we talk about our “mission,” the Party of 12 and Albert Einstein—who’d have thunk it (laughs)—we are talking about a very specific decision that we made in Afterlife as a group to work for the good of the whole, to bring information that we have learned in our lives as physical beings and now in the Afterlife as a new kind of consciousness, a new kind of power. We can’t talk to you at this point about our lesson, because it’s at a level that you as humans wouldn’t comprehend. And not because you’re idiots, but because you’re focused on something completely different.
So suffice it to say that we come to you today with an even greater understanding that your intentions, yes, indeed, have a huge impact upon the manifestation of your world. Your world is incredibly complex, and you as humans have had to dummy down what you understand of energy in order to have a human experience. You’re putting these multiple dimensions into a much smaller space that the Lens affords you.
You have a life-and-death focus on that Lens while you’re having a physical body. That doesn’t detract from your ability to expand your awareness of your non-physical self. In fact, it gives you a platform from which to work for you to expand your own consciousness, to understand in the course of one day in your physical body that when you wake up from the dead and your body opens its eyes and begins its projecting and perceiving experience, you have 24 hours in that day to have a new relationship to yourself in any number of ways. That new relationship over time in the physical body, one day at a time, is what changes the manifestation.
If you’re talking about something personal in your life—a conflict you’ve had with a neighbor or some puzzling situation in your life that you’re worried about—those are the moments when you have the power to take control of that energy and effect change on the smallest of steps.
You all know what we’re talking about. You know yourselves well enough to know when you’re in that place of feeling like you’re out of control—maybe anxiety has taken over, or there’s so much going on in the world that you can’t even begin to address how to resolve the conflict because it’s overwhelming—one tragedy after another, too much emotion coming, all of those things.
When you’re not in that state, when you’re in a comfortable, safe place, you can say, “You know, if in that moment I could change my thought process while the heavy emotion was coming through, whatever that anxiety was …,” you know that you could change the outcome of your life.
Not that you always have control—you haven’t trained yourself yet in how to take the control that is yours to take. But it is yours to control. Your thoughts are yours to control. You have that right and that power.
Whether you exercise it or not, this is one of the greatest moments of change that you could have—when overwhelming emotion is surging through you and you’re triggered by something that could very much be real. It isn’t like you’re imagining it. Seeing another mass shooting, you’ve gotten to a place where you’re numb because you cannot take in any more of that emotion.
We say, if you can take in that emotion and interject a new intellectual message as it’s coming through live, we know you can change that. What we don’t know is if you can do it in that moment. That is one of the most insane, out-of-control conditions that a human can be in, when you’re panicking, when you have anxiety or depression that manifests perhaps the other way in keeping you heavy and down and incapacitated rather than agitated—it’s all the same thing.
Despite what we’re going to talk about later on in this dissertation in your relationship to the state of the world today, more than ever we know that if you can get yourself there in the moment of that powerful surge of emotion and wrestle the Intellect back to being something of a superconscious nature rather than, “Oh, my God, the whole world’s coming to an end!”—you can remind yourselves that these are the moments you came here for: to feel and breathe, to move human consciousness into this next step of becoming the manifestation of the love that’s at our root. The world is so far from that now, it seems, doesn’t it?
This is why when you do it, you are building pieces of DNA that change the future of human consciousness. You’ll never see that when you’re looking at the world and at all the horrible things going on in the Lens and it’s causing you to go numb or to be conflicted or to want to run away. You can see it if you stop and remind yourself of your mission here and hold that space with your breath while you’re envisioning humankind turning that corner. You’re not just envisioning it. You’re becoming the change in that moment, when you take that breath. And that’s part of what moves the adaptation of human consciousness forward, like a missing link.
But your mind wants to complicate things. Your mind and your Intellect want to take control of the entire system. We want to suggest that as you deal with these situations, which are very real in the Lens, that you look metaphorically at all of those evil characters that are emerging: the people who have turned greedy, who are lying to you, who are stealing and destroying. Look at those people from your Source. They, too, are part of your gravitational wave that is being projected and perceived by you. They also represent a part of your Intellect that wants to grab control and define things as hopeless or helpless or to judge things or to blame someone or to blame yourself. And these thoughts of yours are part of the collective Intellect of human consciousness right now.
While you cannot control everyone’s thoughts, you can control your own. You can learn what they are, what they’re telling you. You can do an experiment. Once you learn those voices in your head—the thoughts that are greedy and want to destroy your truth, which is that you are a miracle having this experience, that you are powerful beyond measure—we are teaching you hopefully the power of your intention.
We are very honored and happy that Barbara has worked with us for all of this time and concur with the idea that every time you do this experiment and take control of your intention, that you muster up the power to make a change in your life. The change can happen overnight. It can happen right there. But you must think in longer terms. You must think personally that you’re here at this time unifying a whole lot of other [past] lives, learning a great deal more information than you ever thought you wanted to know, and dealing with things that you never dreamt you would be faced with dealing with.
You are in this world to do this, to be that change. What do you need to do to get a grasp of what your intention will be?
One thing we want to suggest is that you do an experiment with yourself. When you get up in the morning, after you say, “Thank you for another miraculous day of having a body that’s projecting and perceiving the entire universe”—that’s a miracle right there. That’s the first thing.
Then, as you set your intention, be tiny. Don’t try to change your whole life in one day. Focus on one step or another. We would say the first one is about that intention. Any time you feel you’re going into a situation where you don’t have control and you don’t know how it will work out and you’re triggered with uncomfortable emotion, find whatever it is that will be a little slap in your own face. Wake up! Remember:
I am a powerful person. I am a miracle just standing here. And I can change this. I can influence this. I intend to influence whatever this situation is that I’m afraid of for the good of the whole. And yes, I might fall down, I might make mistakes, I might stumble. Surely I’ll be feeling a lot of emotion. Guide me, Intuition, so that I am taking steps for the good of the whole here.
Sometimes you won’t know. You won’t be able to say, “Oh, well, here, this is for the good of the whole.” You have to trust what you are being impelled to do from deep in your heart—not from your thinking process. You need to listen to that Intuition that is deep within you, rising up always, every moment, part of that string that’s spinning at the speed of light squared, telling you that next most advantageous step for the good of the whole of creation—the whole universe that you are projecting and perceiving. That voice is within you. No one can take it away from you. You can drown it out and not know what it is, but it’s there, and it’s working. This is your chance.
So you fully intend that you will use this incredible power of love that is your birthright. You can’t escape it. It’s what you’re made of: Compassion, the fifth fundamental force of the universe. You will take this, and for whatever time you have left on this planet as that person in that DNA space-time body, you will become this change and you’ll fully intend to find out, to learn, to discover what that means in every moment.
With the holidays coming up, we think this is a perfect opportunity for you to experiment with triggers and change, self-change, self-revelation. How loving can you be, first and foremost, to yourself? That’s the question.
Are you going to let voices in your head that belittle you, judge you, demean you bring you down? Because you can and you will. But there’s a bigger force now as you also become a witness to what that Intellect is doing and make conscientious decisions to change what those thoughts are while you are feeling the feelings.
You can do it if you’re just happy, sitting around thinking about it, you can change thinking. But the front line is when that discomforting emotion surges through that you don’t want to feel and then those thoughts are triggered. You can go numb and not listen to your thinking, and you might find yourself perpetuating the pain, the fear, the anxiety that you’re trying to release from.
These ideas are not revolutionary. You hear them in other places. This is not something only we have said. You hear these concepts in many other avenues of teaching and learning. But only you can know you. Only you will be the one who can clearly say what will get you to change your perspective, to deal with your thoughts and emotions differently. Only you can do that. That’s the ultimate power that you’ve been given, and that’s why you’re here at this time, in this world.
As difficult as the state of the world is right now, the other side that we see is that human consciousness is indeed making a huge leap forward. Because of having to deal with all the conflicts in the world through the ages, because of people now wanting to find completely new and revolutionary ways to approach the world, to make this world the place you want your children and your grandchildren, seven generations, to be born into.
And it’s working: the babies being born today come with so much greater sensibility than you could ever have imagined. That doesn’t mean you must stop doing your experimentation of how you can be love, but maybe it can inspire you to keep going with it when you look upon the faces of the new children coming into the world.
It’s a very joyful time! You’re seeing souls coming willingly to the planet. “Take me! I can do it! I can become love.” They’re not afraid. They know what they’re getting into on a soul level, and they’re happy to be there.
Every generation is helping to take that step. The ancestors are also participating in pushing this evolution forward. Remember, this is all about adaptation. Human consciousness and energy are about adapting to what is manifest.
That’s your life, too, in a nutshell. You get up every day. You put one foot in front of the other. You think you have a plan—“I’ll go to work at 10:00. I’ll do this at noon. I’ll do this at 4:00.” But you have a whole day that rises up for you to discover what your relationship is to it, how you’ll make decisions, how you’ll approach it, and what your relationship with you will look like as the basis for the projection that you see the world as.
We are thoroughly grateful on all levels that you are listening, that you are coming together, that you’re pushing yourselves to learn more than anyone can teach you but yourself. This is an exciting and inspiring time for us in the evolution of human consciousness, and you have, forever, our thanks.
Are there any questions or conversations?
Barbara: This is Barbara. (laughs) I know I’ve never done this before, where I’ve just jumped out of the channel and had a question, but stranger things have happened in the world.
I love all that you say, and I know that it’s true from my point of view as the person who’s been with this maybe the longest, with you, with Einstein and the Party. Do you think that humankind will get it in our lifetime? I get pretty afraid sometimes.
In fact, before I came to France, I said, something could happen between North Korea and the U.S. and I might not be able to go home. And then I started thinking about, if something did happen, then the U.S. becomes a whole other country. I know we’re not supposed to go there, but it still sometimes seems way too big for me. You know I live this way, and everything you say I find true. But I need a little bit more to understand.
Party: Well, we would say that it’s an experiment to the best of everyone’s ability. You ask, will humankind get it in your lifetime, and which part of humankind? It’s like the story of the elephant and the five blind people who are touching the different parts of the elephant. It’s already happening.
You could think of it this way: that if it weren’t happening, there already would have been a great cataclysmic event. Not to say that there can’t be, but because of the consciousness-raising through the years, because of the millions and millions of people who are participating in this like you are, it could be a lot worse. And that’s what you can’t see. That’s what we can’t measure so much. It’s a psychological perspective that can help you not have to worry so much about those kinds of questions. It tricks your mind into thinking about it in a different way that can free you up And that’s the idea: detachment.
We have taught this information and will continue to teach this information very firmly and concisely. We understand about human emotion. We understand that humans get frustrated. But it does you no good if we don’t keep a strong hand to hold you accountable for your power. We feel that your power and getting control of it is the answer anyway, whether everyone on the planet does it or not. If they did, we could effect change very quickly if everyone did Conflict REVOLUTION and looked at the world that way, asking how they could contribute to the good of the whole.
But you don’t have to wait for anybody to do this. You can do it for yourself, and that’s all you need to be concerned about.
Barbara: That was curious. (laughs) Asking a question!
Robin: I was surprised that you asked a question.
Barbara: Do you have one?
Robin: I think it was answered in the channel with the slowing down part. I think I was more going to share my experience with that lately, if they wanted to expand on it a little bit.
The question was asked in the channel, and that was, when things get overwhelming, the mind takes over and says, “We have to do this, do that.” We speed up, and that creates more chaos. It’s almost counterintuitive to slow down.
That has helped me lately to give myself the space to process the Emotion and hear the Intuition, to hear the next step. Our minds will say, “You don’t have time to slow down,” but in reality, time is an illusion. It gives us the space to step out of time and expand the present moment, to bring that deep Emotion through, to suspend the mind so that it doesn’t freak out about taking the space and the time. It creates more of an expansion.
Lately I’ve been doing this, and people around me are saying, “Aren’t you worried? You haven’t done this, you haven’t done that!” I think there’s a bigger part of me that says, “The picture’s too big. I can’t see it. I’m going to slow down. I need to process this right now, so I’ll do that today, and the next step will show itself tomorrow.” That’s why I say that the question was very much answered.
Barbara: Thanks for sharing that. I agree that in that moment when we think we’re so busy, if we step out of time, it changes the whole thing. Suddenly—yeah, we’re still busy, but things are getting done. I personally find a great relief from just following my Intuition.
Robin: It’s such an act of self-love.
Barbara: It really is.
Robin: When they talk about feeling that sense of Compassion, just to expand the state for all of that to come there, more love, more Compassion, more Intuition, more peace.
0:49:26.9 Barbara: I was listening to a young man I went to see last night [Adam Sweeney] who was trying to explain his process, which was very much like Conflict REVOLUTION, and he called passion and emotion “excitement.” Once we step out of time, take some breaths, feel self-love, even though the tasks are not something you’d want to do the rest of your life, here it is in front of you, part of your life, you can get a little more excited about it. That certainly has to add to the entire experience and a lot of how the experience is shaped, to be manifest.
Robin: That’s true. In that moment, you can say, “Huh, that’s curious. Look at what just showed up in front of me.”
Barbara: Right. But we’re sure not taught to live this way.
Robin: Yes, we are. We’re taught and we’re practicing and we’re lab rats. We’re blessed. We are.
Barbara: Right, we are.
0:50:42.2 Sharon: Robin, can I ask you a question about what you said when you were talking about slowing down?
Sharon: Are you talking about slowing down your thinking in your mind? Does that translate into slowing down your physical actions as well?
Robin: I slow everything down. I stop making choices. I stop frantically doing busy things or feeling like I need to accomplish the 10 things on the list today. I slow down my breathing. I’ll even sit in mediation maybe for an hour.
Sharon: That was another question I had. OK, all right.
Robin: Things like that, where you would think, “I don’t have time for that.” But we have to make time for that, because it’s the important stuff. The little details, not as much. They’ll come out. And the other thing that Einstein said was to pick one or two things. I’ve been doing that, too. “OK, I can’t do 10 big things, because I need to sit in meditation and process this sadness right now.” After I’m done with that, my Intuition will tell me what big things I can cross off the list. It’s been a way of operating from Compassion and love first. And then what happens is that the stuff you delayed you were supposed to delay because there was something coming. I’ll share an example.
I’m in the process of moving from an island and going to a city. It’s overwhelming. I couldn’t make a choice of where to live in the city, what to do. I was sitting in mediation crying instead.
And then all of a sudden a wonderful woman showed up in my life and I’m able to rent a room in her house. She’s organizing a workshop that I teach in her living room. I couldn’t have seen any of that had I just frantically pushed through everything. Instead I slowed down for two weekends, what would seem like accomplishing nothing, but meditating and crying, and now I’ve got this beautiful thing happening. Sometimes you can’t see what’s coming, you can’t see the big picture.
Barbara: Sharon, did you have any questions?
Sharon: No, and I’m glad you asked your question. I have a delayed soaking-in time. The questions don’t come until later. I was happy that you asked the question you did. I’ll probably have to come back and listen to it again.
Barbara: It felt new to me, the voice.
Robin: You mean the answer felt new?
Barbara: No, the voice, when they said, “We’ve reached this new place of evolution” in the beginning. Like they were super-excited that this is the first group that they’ve done in this new state.
Robin: I felt that, too.
Barbara: And the voice was very distinctive, not one I’m real familiar with. Maybe that’s the deeper, richer, fuller voice of the collective, or maybe there’s some new personality that’s stepping up to the plate.
Robin: And you said you’re in a new place, too.
Barbara: True, that too. I saw that new place when I wrote the article about Jason’s death. When I was done with it, I realized that there was no insinuation of blame, none of what they were talking about, “We have to get justice done. This is despicable.” It was about, “Here’s the law. Here’s what happened. Police officers and military people don’t have interchangeable jobs. The police are supposed to de-escalate, the military is supposed to escalate.” There are all these factors. The officer who did it, who is he? For all intents and purposes, he’s just a normal guy. I could see that evolution in my writing, the articulation of that.
Party: We will bring this channel to a close. Once again, our gratitude knows no bounds in this work that we do together, all of us.
We want to encourage you to get small with yourself, get to the moment with yourself as much as you can. Discover what those moments hold for you. Learn about who you are through those moments.
Really expand your perception to be able to separate your deep emotion from your conscious thinking. See them. Experience them as two different organs, two different energies. Deal with them accordingly. And then listen for that intuitive impulse rising from your heart, impelling you to take that next step for the good of the whole, and study yourself.
From now till the end of the year, we think you’re going to have an opportunity to see in action what we’re suggesting. There is great positive, powerful change in the air, and a lot of this is housecleaning, awareness-raising. It’s never easy for humans to have their awareness raised. (laughs) It’s usually something that happens with kicking and screaming. But all of you have a chance to be the fish that throws itself up onto the land and changes that breathing.
It’s an exciting time, and we are so honored to be in service to you. So yes, go off, watch, and be amazed.
