Please join us for our Annual End of the Year channel. I’ll be joined by astrologer Robin Cordova, presenting an overview of this very special day, Winter Solstice 2020, and hear words of wisdom, hope and inspiration from the Party for 2021.
Here’s wishing you all a very merry and safe holiday season!
On this day in 1955, Bertrand Russell, et al held a press conference in London. They originally reserved the lower, smaller room at Caxton Hall, a local community center. But as people started to arrive, Russell moved upstairs to the much bigger room to accommodate the press who were coming from around the world.
The Russell Einstein Manifesto was Albert Einstein’s last great public message to the world. He signed it nine days before he died. These were his last burning questions that he took with him to the grave.
Another of the authors was Joseph Rotblat, a nuclear physicist who worked on the Manhattan project until asking to leave on the grounds of personal conscience. Rotblat believed that scientists should always be concerned with the ethical consequences of their work and became one of the most prominent critics of the nuclear arms race, dedicating his life to campaigning against nuclear weapons.
Although the Russell–Einstein Manifesto was launched in July 1955, this was the result of several months of discussion between those who became the signatories. These visionaries’ words about the dangers of weapons of mass destruction read today with even greater depth than when they were first voiced in 1955. All the while we have moved closer to deciding which way we will go.
What can us ordinary people do? Make choices as we are being advised: find creative solutions to our conflicts without fighting or war. Become that change that we want so badly for the world. Be an inner and outer peacemaker. Make decisions to work for the good of the whole. We must get to know ourselves and where we may inadvertently be contributing to the conflicts around us.
Then get to work in one of the many arenas that are bringing together concerned citizens to be the change. Below is some information on “presidential first use of nuclear weapons,” including a short video on topic of “Presidential First Use of Nuclear Weapons. Is it Legal? Is it Constitutional? Is it Just?” from a conference held November 4, 2017 at Harvard University.
The longer I work with my Imagined Einstein and this Party, the more I am convinced that they really have reached us from beyond the grave and are working with us for world peace, one person at a time, starting with ourselves. It is an honor to serve.
BARBARA: It is April 26, 2020. Welcome to everyone who is present here right now. To those who in the future who will be listening later from whenever you are, I hope everyone is hanging in there in all this pandemanium.
I am blessedly in Lake Superior on Madeline Island. And while I, too, as Lily had said before we started, have been experiencing many deep emotions, I think we all have had those experience. I have to admit, my life is not greatly touched negatively by this right now. I recognize there are other people than me. But if I have to just talk about my personal life, I have so much wonderful fresh food and I’ve got a beautiful home and clean water. I have access to nature 24 hours a day, and I live in this great community. It’s springtime. I have a little bit of a cushion financially. So I’m not greatly affected by all this in that way.
But it’s still pushed me into getting involved in the community garden, which is also being outside and in nature and in the sun and doing all those things that are good for us. So I think more than ever I send out my prayers and my energy and my vision to those people who aren’t in the same boat. I know a while back I said something about us being in the same boat. But it’s really not. We’re all in the same storm and everybody’s in their own boat. All our boats are together but we’re having different experiences. So more than ever, I send out my prayers, I think we all do, to this beautiful world, and everybody and everything they’re going through, to really understand what it means to be truly connected to each other. I’m grateful for all of that.
I’m so grateful for Robin, who has many talents, one of which, besides womaning the technology, is that she is an astrologer. I have asked her today to speak a little bit about what’s going on in the stars and the planets during this unorthodox and unconventional time we’re going through. Robin, would you want to share that with us. Can you give us some insight into what’s going on up there?
ROBIN: Yes, Barbara, thank you, it would be my honor to. I also love the analogy we’re all on the same storm but not on the same boat. I’m going to remember that.
I have to go back a coupe of months to set the stage for the astrology. Astrologers for many, many years have been “oohing” and “aahing” about what the stars are going to look like in 2020. So for astrologers, seeing all this unfold is, “Wow, we were expecting something big, but we really didn’t know what it would look like.” In 2008, the planet Pluto, which is a very slow-moving planet, entered Capricorn right around the financial fall. Then it goes through a sign for 16 to 20 years, and it will be in Capricorn until 2024.
But what’s unique is about 2020 we have had a parade of other planets also enter Capricorn. Five of them aligned with Pluto at the exact degree on January 12, 2020. So I think of this as a progression or procession where Pluto has been slowly moving through Capricorn. Pluto is the transformer. Capricorn is a sign of structures. It rules the government. It rules societal structures, which in and off itself isn’t necessarily a bad thing. But when Pluto comes through a sign or a placement in the sky or in your particular chart, it is surely going to create transformation in the places that need it. Like Shiva.
So we really began some of this transition, this transformation, when Pluto first entered Capricorn. Then on January 12, 2020, Saturn was there. The Sun was there. And since then, Venus has come through, Mercury has come through. Mars has come through. Around March 19th, on the equinox actually, Jupiter came through. That was a very powerful day because Jupiter touched Pluto in Capricorn. What that brings is expansion and innovation and new ideas. I’m an evolutionary astrologer. I think all of you can relate to that. The idea is that there’s nothing inherently wrong; we’re all here evolving. Like our series, this time we’re evolving to transcendence.
Each [planet] is bringing its gifts with it. Jupiter is going to be going back and forth across Pluto for this entire year. Saturn went by it, but it’s going to come back and touch. Pluto went retrograde yesterday. So we’re going to be doing this very big dance all of this year. Then some of those planets are going to be moving into Aquarius. What this is doing for us is, it’s helping us learn what is essential, what needs to be transformed in our structures so that when Pluto does move into Aquarius, that’s really ushering in the Aquarian age that everybody’s been talking about for who knows how long. That’s the official start of the Aquarian age.
We want to have our values straight because Aquarius also rules artificial intelligence. We’re going to be moving into a time of significant advancement there. That’s really even going to step up quite a bit starting next year because Saturn will be going through Aquarius.
So I like to look at it as, yes, it’s going to be a very intense year, but if we take the viewpoint that we’re never given a challenge without also all the skills and gifts to move through it, I’m confident that we can look at this as an optimistic time.
So that’s the synopsis, and I’ll hand it back to you, Barbara.
BARBARA: Wow, that’s a lot of planets. I remember you telling me that they lined up in January and now here in April undergoing what we’re undergoing … wow, what a pull. And what could have done what this virus had has done so decisively and worldwide? There is so many layers of what’s going on here. Thank you, Robin, for that. I like to look up in the sky and of course I love anything to do with Aquarius, even though I know some of the trials and tribulations of Aquarius, like we all have but …
ROBIN: Let me say one thing about. You know that the highest octave of Aquarius, which we see in you, Barbara, is a humanitarianism. Aquarius rarely does things of just themselves. They often speak in “we” and they are visionaries. They’re the sign after Capricorn, which means there’s the wisdom of Capricorn already rolled all in there. So Aquarius is at the stage that says, “How do we take everything we’ve learned through all the signs before and make a difference for the human collective?” It’s a beautiful sign.
BARBARA: The virus gives it this dividing line. It’s , like “before virus” and “after virus,” someone was saying. As we’ll learn today I’m sure in the channel, the perspective that we take into the “after virus” is going to be all crucial to what what we create.
ROBIN: Exactly The transformation will happen.
BARBARA: It is.
ROBIN: And I think the more we go into it consciously and coming together in groups like these and doing our work, we can succeed.
BARBARA: We are succeeding. I’m very excited about all of it. Thank you Robin, I sure appreciate your sharing.
BARBARA: When I started channeling groups with Kim and Teresa all those many years ago, it took a couple of group channels to figure out that the Angels had their own agenda. Ever after, for the most part (with the exception of a few channels that I’ve specifically asked for) I’ve pretty much just been told: here’s the series, here’s the lessons that we want to teach, and the same was true with this week’s channel.
I looked out to my backyard and said, “So what flavor of transcendence will we be doing this week?” Without a hesitation I heard sacred. Sacred transcendence. I, of course, grabbed the dictionary and I started looking stuff up.
But just for a review, transcendence means two things: one is “to pass beyond our human limits,” and the other is “to experience ourselves above and independent of the physical world.” Our work on being transcendent is a pragmatic practice of learning to live in the world but not become a victim of it.
One meaning of the word sacred is “being dedicated or set apart for worship of a deity” — being dedicated or set apart for worship of a deity. Then worship lead me to “the reverent love and allegiance accorded a deity” as well as “the ceremony, prayers or rights by which that love is expressed.”
Then deity led me to divinity which lead me to divine, meaning “being or having the nature of a God; of relating to, emanating from or being the expression of a God; superhuman; supremely good.” Then I found this: divine as a verb: “to know by inspiration, intuition or reflection.
So it sounds to me like the Angels are trying to tell us something about ourselves. All of this is about self love. As I told the girls back in 1994, we are God. Transcendence is about acknowledging the power of the divine within us and each other, and creating a daily ritual that reminds us of this great power of love that we have been gifted with and that no one can take away from us but us. Without self love, what do you have to give to anyone else? You cannot give what you do not have.
So sacred transcendence then in essence is a ceremony of love that we do for ourselves and the planet that helps us pass beyond our human limitations to recognize our godhood and experience ourselves above and independent of the physical world. We are in the world but we’re not victims to it.
During this extraordinary situation we’re all finding ourselves in, more than ever we need this ceremony for love every day. We need to be reminding ourselves of our own godhood. It is the perfect time to strip away as many of our habits as possible to show us a new perspective. Whether we like it or not, we are all being changed and like everything, the quality of that change will depend on the quality of our relationship to ourselves. Our relationship to the material world is filtered through our own self love or lack thereof.
Sacred transcendence becomes a simple way to make sure that we’re maintaining the highest relationship to ourselves that we possibly can have. Quite simply that means, one, feeling and breathing all of our feelings; getting those wild horses of the intellect under control; creating new definitions of who we are and what’s happening around us; and finding the time and the stillness to listen to our intuition.
Now I’ve been hearing from different sources that stress and fear diminish our immune systems. That reminded me of the opening of Diaries [of a Psychic Sorority: Talking With the Angels] where the three of us put forth this idea and I just want to read these few paragraphs:
Just for a moment, allow yourself to toy with a possibility: What if our fear is actually causing the violence in the world, not the other way around? What if by healing our own inner fear we could actually heal the entire planet?
And what if the “angels,” talking so clearly through us, could guide us with step-by-step instructions for bringing peace into the world? Not just the global peace we all pray for, but the peace that begins within each of us.
For how can we bring peace to the planet if we can’t even settle the conflicts we have win our own mind?
So this fear that is rising within all of us, it’s natural, it’s normal, and I think we should welcome it. It’s a chance for us to empty our basements, as we say in Conflict REVOLUTION. To make sure that we do not repress emotion. But if you also think about that fear as our way to heal the planet, it’s our way to feel so deeply what everyone is feeling. You know that when you’re in emotion, you don’t see a lot of visual things. When you feel really deep into mourning, you lose track of the external world. So like Lily was saying before, she has these ups and downs. If we can just roll with them, we can actually be have a great influence on the world right now.
So this is a time to feel everything: cry if you need to, rage if you have to (don’t hurt anybody, including yourself). Go pound on some nails or stomp on some sidewalks. But redefine your emotion—so keep the emotion flowing, but also keep control over the Intellect. Keep control of those thoughts
Remember, channeling any emotion into a positive, powerful sacred thought fuels that thought into reality. So you don’t just need the “good” emotions to fuel the sacred thought. If you’re stomping on sidewalks, feeling and breathing a bunch of anger and thinking, “I release repressed emotions—I’m healing myself and the planet,” you’ll experience anger and process it much differently then if you keep thinking the degenerative, depressive thoughts that you are fueling with that fear.
If you can’t stop thinking those degenerative, depressive thoughts, step into your Witness and at least watch yourself. Watch yourself thinking those things. Observing yourself is the beginning of that change.
If there’s one thing that I could tell the world—funny thing about that—right now, it would be the importance of separating the Emotion from Intellect. Treat your Emotion and Intellect as differently as you would treat your heart and your stomach. Separate them. Deal with them as independent energies in this way that we’ve been teaching you for so long. That’s how we start to make these miracles. That’s how we start to influence what happens around us. It’s also what keeps us healthy and flowing, no matter what’s going on around us.
So maybe we can take this time to settle in, start to breathe.
We will command that only the most divine light shine down upon you at this time and the greatest good be present here.
We will add our voice of gratitude and thanks to all of you who are listening at whichever time you might be. We are broadcasting today on April 26, 2020 from a place of sheer joyful potential. This joy that we are feeling where we are has to do with a completely nonlinear definition of what the post virus world is.
Our nonlinear experience has always been that way—our communication with you and through Barbara and bridging the gap between the physical and the non physical—we have always been in that nonlinear place. But now you, more than ever, are as well. All of you are being forced to live in a state where the voices of culture that we’ve talked about for ad infinitum are so intensely wrapped up in fear.
This fear—even if you intellectually get the wild horses of your intellect—out-of-control horses—if you get them into alignment, this fear exists still, still in its deep, repressed format. The intention of understanding this is the transformation. It is about the transformation of the entire human species. We’ve been saying that for so long. It sounds, even not too long ago, grandiose. But now you can see on a very tactile level what it is that we’re referring to, of the entire human species. Each and every human on the planet at this time has a relationship to this new energy.
Those of you who have been nurturing your identity with the nonphysical; those of you who have been able to invite your own death into your consciousness and understand and face your death before it ever happens and embrace it; for those of you who believe in changing from within in order to manifest what changes from without: you have a little bit of a head start on even evolved people. But so much of humanity is not anywhere near where you are.
This time that you’re in is really being dictated by the Earth. [This change] is originating in the Source, in the center of the planet. This change that’s being manifest outside yourself as a virus, this is going to be felt in every single human because it is sourced in the center of the earth. But as you hear us talk again, this is how it always is. But this change that needs to happen is a collective from every human being that’s been on the planet, every incarnation of every human being that’s been on the planet. It’s like it’s its own little atomic bomb that went off without actually destroying the surface of the planet, destroying the trees and the waters (all of that is taking place, mind you).
So in this change the important steps that you’re taking right now cannot be stressed. We cannot stress enough to every individual within earshot of our voice that now more than ever, to accommodate these perspectives in yourself are going to be your guiding light. Never before has it ever been more true that if you choose to make decisions that are not for the good of the whole, that will lead to your destruction. To your own destruction.
On a practical level, if you desperately need to rest and your Intellect is not making decisions for the good of the whole and is ignoring your intuitive impelling to please get some rest, get some rest for the good of everything that’s going on, and you keep driving yourself—that’s not for the good of the whole. That’s what creates the repressed emotion. It’s what creates the weakened immunity, the stress. In that inner world, that’s what changes your outer world, when you practice this kind of perspective. By practicing this kind of perspective, that’s what changes your outer world.
That’s why we say that the condition of what you’re going to experience in this new world is totally going to be based on the condition of your experience of your relationship to yourself. The condition of your relationship with yourself. There are many other things that you can look at during this time. You can take classes. You can enjoy live music. You can catch up on old movies you’ve wanted to see. There’s all sorts of things out there that you can or can’t do during this time. But what you do inside right now will have such a profound affect upon your life and also this growing new world that you’re making.
We want to stress that, more than ever, this is a time to focus on being the love, on being the one who is generous, on being the one who is working for the good of all. This time to build those things is so profound. One of the reasons is because, whether you all know it or not, you’re more susceptible because of the lack of patterns and habits, because of the lack of customs and familiarity. That has opened up this vast amount of space and unsurety and that vacuum that gets created right before creation. Right during creation.
While you’re moving through all of this, the simplicity of taking one step, one step, one step … we can’t obviously stress that enough either, in terms of the importance of self love in the sacred transcendence. This sacred transcendence is you. It’s fitting, too, and apt with the Easter season. Coming awake and then realizing this is your job. This is your calling. This is your life. These are your thoughts, these are your senses, these are your feelings. These are your actions and decisions. That’s what should be coming first and foremost: the mastery over all of those things. Because once you align in that way and you’re running the system on that intuitive power—the power of your Emotion, which is attached to Compassion, your fifth fundamental force of the universe that brings the intelligence to create the entire universe—that is within you. it’s all starting within you.
To that end, back to the virus: it’s beginning within you as well. As Barbara had said, what if fear were actually causing the catastrophes of the world instead of your fear being because of? This is an opportunity for all of you to feel that—when you have this deep abundance of deep emotion without a lot of thought behind it. You’re just feeling, feeling and breathing. By releasing this fear, you are cleaning up the non-physical conflicts and repression. You’re helping to move the entire energy into this new creation. You’re doing this for your grandchildren and their grandchildren. Because that’s the way organically and miraculously and yet, synergistically, human beings are going to push passed the point of extinction.
In throwing yourselves up on the land as fish in order to become amphibious, you are doing the same thing now—the emotion around who makes it and who is able to breathe in in transforming the physical body from breathing in with [gills] to changing that into adapting and breathing into lungs so you can walk on land. How quickly did that adaptation take place? What we’re saying to you is that the state that all of you are in, you are already—you have these new lungs to breathe in. Now it’s just a matter of your own acceptance of your power.
Part of what we hope gets stripped away from this habitual thinking and voices of culture is this idea that money is somehow a greater power than anything else in the world. We understand that money can buy a lot of things. But money can’t buy a lot of things. In the end, it’s the things that money can’t buy that you’re going to end up with, not the things that money can buy. The importance of adapting to this new understanding of life including trading and bartering also includes, with those of you with an abundance of money, being able to help those who need money for particular things. Those of you with an abundance of time and talent can give that to particular people. This idea of the money-based society can be at least within you, at least within your value—not that you don’t have to live in it, but you don’t have to be of it. You don’t have to be a victim to it, using other agencies that you have to be able to manifest those things.
These are all the powers of this new human consciousness. And you’re living and breathing it. To us, that’s far, far, far more important than fame or having a great deal of money or having huge followings of people to distract from the work that we’re doing so intently here in the laboratory. This work we hope will go on for a very long time. But we have to admit that we, too, are exceptionally grateful for having Barbara’s voice for this time. We hope for many years ahead for collaborations but she is not the only one. We hope that through our work with her we can open up channels to other people who also can hear and can be influenced by the greatest good that we are presenting here.
In that sense, our mission is also expanding in this time when humans are facing everything. When you get in deep feeling, the physical world disappears. You know that if when you’re going through the very worst of some loss or tragedy or pain or mourning, the wave of emotion comes over you. Suddenly you don’t even see the world around you. That’s where we meet, is the clarity.
In an odd way, in the center of the earth, the source—before the physical world where it’s all mathematics and consciousness in the nonphysical—we are seeing more and more people like yourselves who are aware, while they still have a body, that they are also awake in the clarity! This is very exciting for us. Perhaps for all of you, too! You’re experiencing that same kind of opening in your personal lives, where people you have loved who have passed on are very much alive and active. There’s a lot of joy going on over here! Not because we celebrate the suffering of human beings, but because we’ve seen a lot of transformation in the whole history of the planet and human beings. We’ve seen a lot of things change, through wars and death camps—we’ve seen a lot happen on the planet. This is a culmination of bringing all that together to then see what’s going to happen here now in the this new, complete, utterly virgin flowerbed, garden plot of manifestation.
We hope, as we always do, that we can inspire you to take that sacredness about life very seriously these days. Search for pushing yourself passed your little human, limited self and into your Superhuman capacity. Understand that you redefine how you describe what is real and what is not. You redefine your life to be sacred.
That’s your choice. That’s your power. We’ve tried to lead you there. We are so honored to have you listening and thinking and working and doing in this way with us. So thank you so very much.
With all of that said, we would be willing to open at this time for questions and conversations.
ROBIN: Wonderful. Thank you, Barbara. Joanne did you have a question?
JOANNE: I don’t know if it’s a question. Yes. Some time ago—quite awhile ago—in one of the channels that Einstein did, he made mention of at one point, we would all have a magic box—Tesla—Tesla energy free-for-all kind of thing, that would power everything. I am so looking forward to that. Oil was trading at -$37 a barrel the other day, which is ridiculous, but it had to do with future contracts and so on. They quickly rectified that, so the next day it was trading at $4 a barrel. Our economy in Canada is really oil-based, a lot of it anyway. The entire province of Alberta is just gasping because that’s big there. The Tar Sands are a horrible, horrible place. There’s so much oil stored on the earth that’s already been taken out of the ground. Can you speak to any of that? How we’re going to get away from the fossil fuels, the damage they do, and into clean energy?
PARTY: Yes, part of the importance of what’s happening right now is that you’re seeing it. You’re seeing it happen before your eyes. You’re experiencing what would it be like if the fossil fuel era died. This is one of those evolutionary “fish throwing yourself up onto the land” type of moments. Let’s take a look at the Tar Sands and what made the Tar Sands.
Very much like Adolf Hitler had admonished us to understand that he couldn’t have done it alone, there’s a lot of people who participated in creating this—basically raping and pillaging. It’s a cancer is what it is. So you’re seeing the earth as a cell that is being ravaged by cancer. There are certain things that make cancer happen (we won’t go into the depth of what they are) but we could go back to this cancer of our environment to say that it took a lot of people, who drove trucks and worked in the facility. There is no judgment upon any of those people. Hopefully, we don’t judge any of the people who’ve done anything only for their own good. But yes, if you make decisions for the good of the few at the expense of the many, you create a cancer.
These people may or may not have felt like they had choices, if you’re a very poor person living in Alberta, and you can make a lot of money driving something for the oil company to feed your family—again, no judgment. But ultimately—and this is what you are all facing in your own lives—ultimately, now, when the fossil fuel era is drawing to a close, that there’s casualties from that change. There’s a lot of unemployment from that closing down of that. So there’s a lot of people—so think about that channel, this is a time of building anew. There are people who are being faced with this. Everybody has the same challenge. Some of your ships are better equipped than others of your ships, it’s true.
If you’re in a ship that’s well equipped, it doesn’t do you any good not to feel worthy of it or to beat yourself up because somebody else doesn’t have as nice of a ship as you do. Maybe you made decisions along the way that planned for that. Maybe it’s just the grace of god that you happen to be in a good place. Whatever it is, there are people who won’t be. They will have to reap the rewards and the down trodden experiences of those changes. Those people in those oil fields are some of them.
Yet, as everything begins to grow back, the Earth takes care of itself. It adapts to the loss of oil. It changes and becomes something just as organic only in a different fashion as it was. It takes time to heal some of the damage, but not nearly as much time as ever thought.
As humans begins to see themselves as the human cancer to the Earth, then that changes in deeper ways. Like we were saying, if you can’t stop the wild horses of your Intellect, at least step out into your Witness and watch them run. Observing them will change them. Understanding yourselves as the potential to be the cancer, you have a choice as to how you’re going to change that. Some will be very hard choices if you’re accustomed to what had been. For some people, it won’t hardly seem much of a difference.
But all of the other technology is there.
JOANNE: Thank you. Yes, I think a lot of the technologies been suppressed by the oil companies.
JOANNE: Yeah, so yes, I’m so looking forward to that.
ROBIN: Thank you, Joanne. I also have a question but I want to see if anyone else on the call would like to ask a question.
Thank you so much for that dissertation. I really appreciated how you described the repression of fear and how fear being the Source vs what we’re experiencing. I would like to be someone that offers support for others. You had mentioned that a lot of people aren’t in the same place. I’d like to be someone that helps continue on this work and this message and support others. So I’m curious if there’s any particular way in which we can do that, knowing the state of consciousness that they’ll be coming to us with. So any advice you have on that I would welcome.
PARTY: We would say that one of the most effective ways is to get up every day and put yourself into service to God. You do a sacred transcendence morning ceremony, where you’re going to recognize your deity. You’re going to push your human self past its limitations. For you, you know that means that living in alignment to Compassion is the ultimate condition. It’s not achieving something outside yourself. It’s your own commitment to aligning your own energy to Compassion, no matter what’s going on. That’s such a different focus than “hang out a shingle.”
Then when you get up and you’re putting yourself in service—“I want to be in service, how can I help, where can I help?”—all throughout the day there’s a little voice in the head that’s going, where can you help, how can you help, without having to be afraid that you’re going to give away everything because you’re codependent. That fear doesn’t have to be there because you’re relying on Intuition and you’re asking for direction from it. How can I really be of the best service here today? What can I do to be in the best service?
That’s just a rudimental level. There’s any other number of ways to help people without any formal structure by just being that “how can I be helpful.” When you get into a situation with somebody who is maybe in need … again, it doesn’t become, “Oh here I have to take care of you,” helpful in that old way where you would just take over doing something because it was co-dependent. You’re listening. You’re feeling and you’re listening to that person and their needs. You’re so taking care of yourself that you’re not giving away stuff that you don’t have to give away in a codependent fashion.
Instead the creativity is going, so you’re thinking, “if I don’t have that resource, do I know anybody who would have that resource,” for whatever level, whether it’s spiritual guidance … if it’s food … if it’s any possible need that somebody might be having or is looking for a resource for.
Living that way is going to lead you into those sacred directions. Directions that are the result of you being reverent and devoted to your self love. Directions that are going to influence how those needs get met for that person or for yourself. As far as the practical, tactile, (we’ve said this, too, for, many years) there is never a lack of places that and people who need help and assistance. Anywhere. As long as you’re open to wanting to help them, then you will be able to find your way into service.
ROBIN: Thank you so much. Joanne did you have another question?
JOANNE: I’m watching the news every day now. Everybody seems to be banking on the discovery of a vaccine as the way to finally overcome this. I’m not one of those people. I’m totally in agreement with fear is the cause, not the effect—it’s both, but it’s the cause. That’s totally along the lines of what I feel.
When you talked about the fish throwing itself up on the—that wonderful analogy that you talk about. That is exactly what is causing this problem. It’s that same mechanism in the body that the fish had, way back then. 0:52:55.9 [inaudible] to retain water until the next wave comes. That’s what causes pneumonia. That’s the one thing that causes the fluid build up in the lungs.
So it’s interesting to watch how all this is going on and how so many resources are being applied to protective equipment. People are literally killing themselves working in the medical field. They’re all rushing to form this vaccine. They’re all cooperating at least. That’s one thing we’re seeing—everybody is cooperating and sharing information.
I am curious to see how that’s going to play out. I’m hoping they are not going to make everybody get a vaccine that I don’t believe in. Any comments?
PARTY: It’s important to understand that everyone is going to have their relationship to this virus. It’s true, there are great many people who share the same view of what to do about this virus in the short term [pro-vaccination]. But everyone sees it through their filter.
There are those who see [staying at home orders] as a total disrespect of constitutional rights, so they take action because of that. There are those who see it as God’s punishment from some biblical proportion. If they think that is true, then God has blessed them for being in there [with Him]. There’s the doctors and the nurses on the front lines who see it as the very worst, truly, of what it is, for whatever reason that it is. There’s people like Barbara who aren’t necessarily personally affected by it, and to a greater extent than most, not affected by the isolation of it.
You will have to pick your relationship to it. One of those things is, you are not alone in the number of people who will not want to be mandatorily vaccinated. No matter how much the people who see it as something that needs to have an outside vaccination for think they are right—that you are somehow endangering them by not getting your vaccination—these are the issues that culture is going to be forced to deal with.
The mandatory may be resisted consciously by many. The system has to change to accommodate that. Either it gets more tyrannical, or it gets looser. Those are part of why we’re stressing the self love and pushing yourself into being a deity, and populating the planet with those who would help to manifest the dissolution of the fear for the natural, organic manifestation of the healing of the humans on the planet. Because you’ll see. The planet will heal without the humans. We’re about healing the planet with the humans on it. This is your work at hand.
JOANNE: That’s great. I’ve often thought the planet could happily spit humanity off with no problem and that would serve us right. As another Aquarian, I always laugh when I remember the key phrase, the Aquarians are all about humanity, but not so keen on people. That makes for a lot of good revving opportunities for me.
ROBIN: Thank you, Joanne. I like to think of it as opportunity for us to be a part of the Earth as we’ve been taught so well here in this space—the energy coming through the Source, up and through us. That’s what’s so beautiful about that message.
If we bring together the answers to your question, Joanne, and my question, asking how we can be of service, allowing that to come through us, it brings another question about the fear being the root. I go down in the Source about what you said today: how the virus is created in the Source and it’s like an atomic bomb that has come up through the system being caused by the fear. Is it primarily the fear of death that has been going on for millennium that has been causing this abscess to come up through? Or is it fear of that goes beyond that?
PARTY: On a very rudimental level, it’s a fear of death that has accumulated for the all the time that human consciousness has evolved. Every time someone dies and then gets reborn, there’s also the fear of being reborn. There’s a fear of going from this infinite, non-physical space into a very tiny, small, cramped space that has you forgetting basically who you are, having to face what life has to throw at you, like what you’re going through right now.
That fear is not something that plants have, or soil. Even if there were a big, volcanic explosion and the Earth was disrupted, the soil wouldn’t have fear. The lava wouldn’t have fear. Fear is a human experience. It’s natural, it’s normal. It’s part of what we’ve always said: if the polar bear is chasing you to eat you, your fear is what inspires your intuition to make your feet run.
Anxiety is fear that traps itself with some thoughts to really lock up the fear into a thought process. But fear itself is natural. Every time you have died a terrible death or not wanting to die or being afraid of death, you take that back down the rabbit hole into the Source. The more you can detach from any kind of, A) judgment or B) construct around the fear, the more you just let it flow. Create your own construct of sacred affirmations of transcendence. You can [still] be feeling that fear.
When you’re really in your fear and you step into Witness to observe that you’re in your fear, then you can make a different decision about what you’re going to think. You step into that Witness of yourself being afraid. Then you see the thoughts: “doom, doom, doom,” or “I’m no good” or all that stuff. Now you’ve changed it a bit.
But then separate the two [the emotion of fear from the thoughts of why you are afraid] and put a construct that has a sacred, honoring ceremony of your love for yourself and the universe. It can be overwhelming in a profound way when you realize, wow, I have the ability to release this fear in the Source of the planet for the whole planet if I just love myself and let myself feel it. Then it transforms faster than if you’re feeling the fear and it’s attaching to the degenerative “doom doom doom,” self-degrading definition. It will hang itself up there just burning energy, making you suffer.
When you actually practice and open in this way, you can keep releasing it. If more and more people can do this, especially right now, the planet and humanity stand a chance.
ROBIN: Oh, that’s very helpful. I think it’s brought a lot of clarity to me this morning. A visual to store in the memory with it. So I greatly appreciate that. Are there any final questions?
JOANNE: I would like to echo that sentiment. That was the best, clear description ever. I’m going to re-listen to that one. I’ve recorded it, of course, being the scribe. That was great, thank you.
PARTY: Then we will close the channel with a couple of thoughts. One is, the gratitude is overwhelming on our side of what’s going on here. We knew when we started this experiment back with Kim and Teresa and Barbara and the groups, we knew we were breaking some ground back then that wasn’t going to be coming into full fruition until years later. Now that that era is over and there’s this absolutely brand new era, we are looking forward to the same kind of impact.
We want to reiterate the idea that there is absolutely nothing wrong, nothing that hasn’t been fulfilled, nothing that should have been happening that isn’t as far as listening to these voices. To practice on yourself, to become sacred transcendents is here. Recognize it, that you’re living in it.
You are the change. Really, if you doubt that, just watch and be amazed.
There are a great many things we cannot control right now. It is from this precarious unknown that new visions are about to emerge.
Join us Sunday as we continue on with our 2020 study of transcendence, focusing this month on how to inspire ourselves to take up this mindfulness about life. We’ll ask the Party for their views of this whole new world we find ourselves living in. I fully expect that, as always, they will bring hope, inspiration, compassion and humor.
Time for Q and A. All are welcome.
Inspire: to affect, guide or arouse by divine influence; to inhale; to breathe life into; to rouse latent energies, ideals or reverence
Transcend: To pass beyond a human limit; to exist above and independent of the material experience and the universe.
Good morning, we are recording. It is Sunday, February 23, 2020. Welcome to the Party, to the partyof12.com, I am Barbara With. And today we are continuing our conversations about transcendence.
To refresh, in our last session we talked about “pragmatic” transcendence, in which we defined pragmatic as “active rather than contemplative.” So, this is something we put into action rather than just think about. And transcendence is “seeing from above and independent of the material experience and universe.” So pragmatic transcendence becomes actively seeking to see the world from above and independent of what’s happening in it.
This session we’re exploring “creative” transcendence. I got this title from the Party, so I grabbed the dictionary. We have a favorite dictionary we call the “Cosmic Dictionary.” Because back when I started working with Kim and Teresa with the Psychic Sorority, we had to look up this word. We wanted to look up with “influence” meant. The first time we ever looked anything up. And Lily grabbed her red American Heritage dictionary, and one of the meanings of influence was, “An ethereal fluid that flows from the stars that affects the fate of men. So, we coined it the Cosmic Dictionary because who knew what influence was. It turns out that all three of us had the very same dictionary just coincidentally.
Creative: … “characterized by originality and expressiveness; imagination.” Imagine that! The Party is always talking about how they meet us in our imagination, which is part of Intellect. Einstein did actually say that imagination was more important here than what we knew.
Looking up “imagination” the most thrilling definition was, “the ability to deal creatively with reality.” In other words, the ability to be original and expressive in dealing with the issues of the world around you.
And isn’t that what all this work with the Party and the work has been about? Is to help us honor our authentic selves and then articulate who we truly are. We’ve learned to challenge ourselves to see the world differently—sometimes much differently than the voices of culture around us and inside us want us to see it. Those voices of culture include our subjective ego that wants to diminish us.
So too these lessons in transcendence are challenging us to look completely differently at our everyday lives.
So, “creative transcendence” builds on the pragmatic lesson that this an action and not just thinking or talking, then redirects our thinking into the imagination part of our Intellect, away from the ego. And while these are both parts of Intellect, they have two different functions, the ego and the imagination.
The dictionary defines ego as “the personality component that is conscious, most immediately controls behavior and is most in touch with external reality.” This is such a beautiful definition of ego, I think: “the personality component that is conscious, most immediately controls behavior and is most in touch with external reality.”
That fits with our idea that free will is part of ego, which is what makes it do dangerous. Decisions are made from that place. Psychology defines the ego as “the part of the mind that is responsible for analyzing our reality and affirming our sense of personal identity.” In the work that we’re trying to do, we’re constantly redefining reality based on creative ways of seeing things. That’s what this work is about.
But ego so often is constrictive. It’s so often subjective because it also speaks the voices of culture that are programmed within you. More often than not, your ego will tell you that you can’t achieve something, or that a goal is too hard to get it thereby the ego diminishes your creativity.
So, imagination, however, is about opening the mind to all kinds of possibilities. Think about kids. They don’t care if what they create is feasible. They just naturally create, because their egos have not had a lifetime to define them and to be self-limiting and program in those voices of culture.
So creative transcendence is in essence about maintaining an intellectual openness—an uncluttered mind—in order to hear the messages of Intuition.
I believe that Intuition is not just here to tell us how to deal creatively with every moment, which is what it’s supposed to do: giving you the next most advantageous step based on what’s for the good of the whole. So, you know that’s got to be a creative process that only God can figure out. Huge, the voice of God within you.
I don’t think it’s just that. I think it’s the root of creativity: that self-creation of our intention to be human, of our gravitation wave, of our physical body and the universe we experience, and the spinning string and the Human Intention—this whole, big operating system that we are.
I think at the root of it is the voice of Intuition, that all-knowing voice, forever pushing us to create what is best for the good of the whole. This voice knows so much more than our ego ever could. Part of that is not subjective, it’s objective, that the ego’s role is to define reality. So it has a very important function. But the ego in charge throws that all off and closes down creativity.
Because Intuition is constantly generating images and ideas about what that next step could be. And there’s so many of them. The infinite possibilities that we hear about and talk about are there, being generated from within us to function. Not just thinking about, but taking action about. How are you going to put that creativity into action? In this particular corner of the universe where we practice Conflict REVOLUTION, it’s about changing the nature of our conflicts so to have a profound effect on the world around us. So we become that change.
In working with this transcendence so far, I’ve most been applying to my activism and my political life. Probably you all know, but I’ll just repeat that it was about 2011 that I was drawn into a fight to stop a big iron ore mine from being put in my neighborhood. From there, somehow as I manage to do, I was in the right place at the wrong time, or the right time, and I was part of whistleblowing at a Supreme Court election.
It went on and I got—not transcendent about it. I fell into allowing my body to be traumatized by the evil that I was actually facing. Because when I would go to the hearings and see these people who were making decisions for the good of the very few at the expense of all the rest of us, which is Einstein’s definition of evil, I would physically get sick being in the room present with them. So, there’s a toll that it takes when we stand up in that way.
If you are not really transcendent, it will take you down. If you’re not evil, that’s what that energy does, it pulls you into the sickness and it wants you to engage in the sickness and it destroys you, too. That part of our ego and our voices that naturally are within us—you know the spectrum, Jesus to Hitler—we got the whole programming in there. Because of that, our job is even more important than ever to not allow ourselves to become that very thing that is so frightening to us.
I’ve noticed in these weeks that we’ve been doing transcendence, or however long it’s really been going on, that I have a much freer relationship to what’s going on. I put myself on my deathbed and I am looking back and thinking, “Don’t worry about that. Don’t spend your time worrying about that. So, it’s sort of like time traveling—time traveling to my future self who is going to tell my real self—you know what I mean … it’s a crazy process but it helps. Because I can instantly, from that deathbed place, see what you just don’t need to attach to.
All of it’s not real anyway. Only what’s real is what you decide to do, the decisions that you make, the energy you decide to put out, how you use your intention—those are the only things that are really going to be mattering in that moment because that’s what you take with you. So you want to be as much love as you possible can now.
But how does that love look when you’re facing evil? That is the age-old question. Thinking creatively about it is part of the solution. I was sharing with Robin the other day how my activism had changed once I started to really work Conflict REVOLUTION into it and start to detach from it. I still was not doing too well at that. I was starting to detach, and I realized I had to use different language. I’m going to post in the notes a video clip of the first press conference I did after I did a big Revolution about the owners of the mine and the governor of the state. They were evil. They are evil, but when I tried to go at it and fight it [head on]. I got very sick.
When I stepped away, and the more that I stepped away, the more that I saw what I really wanted to happen come about, in fact, in better ways than I could make happen. It doesn’t mean I shouldn’t have stood up and done everything I did to stop the mine. It just means that when I went home from the rally or when I went home from the testimony, that I didn’t have to lie awake at night terrified and obsessed about a possible mine ruining Lake Superior and imagining all the horrible things that were going to happen if that happened. And yet, putting myself in that place was what made me get up and want to go do those things I did to stop it.
Within all of our battles and our struggles, however we’re facing them, our self-care becomes even more important. Even more important. Not just the physical self-care but the mental and spiritual self-care, that we do this pragmatically. We make it an action. We don’t just think about it and talk about it like I did for the first year and a half that I was engaged in politics. I didn’t even talk much about Conflict REVOLUTION.
But when I started doing it, the mining company left mysteriously one day years later. And today I’m finding the same thing. I woke up today for the first time excited as a political activist. Seeing the country—seeing all these colors and these women and immigrants and old people—everybody standing up to say no to what I’ve been fighting personally for the past nine years is the corporate structure.
And to see it sweeping across the country and see what the evil constructs are doing—the news agencies who predicted such horrible things [about Bernie Sanders], everything is crumbling as the people stand up and give their voice. I can die happy now. It’s not the end of the struggle, but to see that is constantly what happens when I do Conflict REVOLUTION. I’m not going to say, “because I did Conflict REVOLUTION that happened,” but I know that when I do it, I see more and more of these things happening.
That’s this new attitude I have for my life. When we get to the end, when we get to our deathbeds, and we’re looking back, I think that’s such a powerful place of perspective and time travel. Every time that we stay in love, even if it looks like we’re losing the battle, every time we stay in love and we stay in our pragmatic transcendence, we win. And that’s what we’ll take with us in the end.
So, we are recording, and it is indeed February 23, 2020. 2+2+3+2+2=11.
A nice master number. I am in Lake Superior. Today it’s a beautiful sunny warm almost Spring-like day here. Still a lot of snow. Everyone else is scattered about the Earth listening from various places.
I would like all of us to take a moment to inhale together and then exhale.
Before we call in the Party, let’s all of us join hands and remember that this non-physical network that we’ve created for ourselves is very real. Today we have the honor and the privilege of sitting not just in that non-physical energetic space, but we get the privilege of having physical bodies that can hear these words and allow our minds to open and ponder all kinds of possibilities.
We will command that only the most divine light shine down upon you at this time and that the greatest good be present here.
We are so happy today. We’re so happy to be here with you on this occasion where so much is being brought into balance. We told you, we warned you in the beginning of the year, that this was all about people finding their balance. This is not something that some angels from the heavens came down to make happen on the Earth. This is a natural reaction to how matter manifests.
In other words, when you oscillate to the right, you oscillate to the left just as far. So this is a natural movement that’s found in nature, but it seems so extreme because things in your world are so very much out of balance.
We are working with you and humans around the world in our own ways to help bring this planet into balance. Like our teaching for decades with you have indicated, when you begin with yourself, one person at a time, thoroughly each person taking responsibility for their thoughts, their emotions, their intuitions, their physical body, their decisions, their intentions. Each person begins with self, one person at a time, and then you have systemic change.
All those many years ago when we started to preach about systemic change and draw in the appropriate players to take part in this research experiment of how to be the change systemically, we did that hoping, knowing, that the only way to get from Point A to Point B was not just one straight line. That getting from Point A to Point B could very well be a very crooked and messy line.
What was absolutely essential was seeing Point B. Because if you can vision Point B, where you’re going, imagine it, now you’re tapping into your imagination in your Intellect that is allowing you and your consciousness and perception to time travel within the non-physical.
You may not be taking your body with you or you may not be waking up in a different body. But your consciousness is traveling to what is an imaginary place at this point, because the future hasn’t yet happened. Your visioning it and you’re staking that claim in the ground. It’s your vision.
You don’t just think about it. This isn’t just about a thought process or something that’s contemplative. This is about becoming that energy of the person that you are in the future at Point B. That’s a simple, time travel, into-the-future thing. Because there are so many potentials, there’s absolutely no reason why you can’t organize that vision around something that’s feasible. It doesn’t mean that you’re absolutely going to manifest it. It just means that if you’re absolutely going to get it, it absolutely has to be there in the future. Otherwise you can’t get there. That’s the importance of this ability to have this creativity that leads you to Point B.
The other thing is that, when you’re going from Point A to Point B, things happen along that journey that are so important to your health and your well-being. Every good thing, every bad thing, every challenge, every bliss that you’ve had has shaped you into the person that you are. You’re continuing to shape yourself. In fact, shaping yourself is a part of your mission here on an everyday basis—an action-oriented operating system that operates everyday wherein you are in charge of all of these things that you know you’re in charge of within yourself.
In the idea of creative transcendence, we’re kicking it up a bit. As Barbara had been saying, when you do this process, you effect a change in how matter manifests, whether you like it or not. You don’t control that change. You don’t do this so that your husband will stop beating you or for something outside yourself to quit happening. You do this because you’re committed to becoming the change. You do it as a rule because it’s the right thing to do. And it’s the most powerful thing to do. It’s self-care.
Then you get an outcome that is generally greater than you yourself would have thought of or could have orchestrated. It only goes to reason that if you are seeing these changes in your immediate microcosm of your personal world, then you are also effecting a change in the bigger world.
In bringing balance, think about a ship in water. One end of it—big waves—the right side is going down and the ship is tilting way up on the left side. Then the wave changes and the right side is now going up. There comes a time when they’re even again and the right side continues to go up and now the left side goes way down.
This kind of wave can be ridden. When something is going down, you can be leaning up. When something is going up, you can be leaning down. It isn’t just that you are subjected to these cruel incidences, it’s that you are here to ride that wave. What an exciting time! You’ve come to do that.
In tapping into your creativity, it’s really more about getting out of the way and creating control of your own Intellect. Imagine the Witness is looking into your human brain, seeing all of the thought processes going on. Over here in this corner, there’s all this imagination going on. In that corner, there’s all of these other ideas and all their potentials. Over there is the voice of Intuition bubbling up like water in the desert or a gold mine.
Then over here is this little army of voices that are constantly trying to shame you and put you down. That army is a natural part of the functioning of the human being. What isn’t natural is when the ego army gets in control and starts making decisions that override what Intuition tells you to do.
So we’re looking at your brain—we’re opening up the top of your head like a little toy chest. We’re rearranging the little soldiers, putting some over here, opening up space for all the fun stuff to happen. Also, you are working to diminish all thoughts as much as you can and to listen, this active listening, like the big satellite dishes pointed at the stars that listen to what’s going on out there. That’s how sensitive you can be in listening to the creative thoughts and ideas that are swirling around you at all times. Then you see that little army of ego-marchers trying to ruin it. Just keep them little and diminished. Love them from afar. Pretty soon they get tired and give in the more you can train them to give in. They’re still going to be there. They’ll want to rise up, but the Greater You is working to rise above the mechanism and function independent of what’s going on in the Lens.
When you bring that into a meeting or family gathering or whatever true physical experience of conflict you’re having, when you bring that transcendent understanding with you, you affect a change on the whole system. It isn’t just an isolated shift in you. Your ego may tell you that, because it’s always trying to diminish your power. But it’s not true. You have a much, much greater effect when you let go—you’re transcendent and you let go of the outcome. You’re on your deathbed and you already see how it turned out: absolutely how it should have. You went on and you learned more.
Because that’s the hidden battlefield. You can see people walking around who have smiles on their faces who seem to be successful, don’t seem to have problems, whatever. Every single human being has a battlefield in their head. Every single one. Those who have brought to the battlefield the Buddhas and the Jesus’, those who study and strive to be that way, you’ve brought so much more peace to your inner life.
But that battlefield is where your power lies. The more that you distinguish in that battlefield which is the voice of culture hammering you inside (the hidden battlefield that everyone has), the more you have the power to rise up and face down that voice to the point where you’ll become detached from it because it’s just so not true. But what happens when you’re triggered and pulled in and hurt by those things, there’s something in you that needs your attention. And that’s a gift as well. So how can you say that’s a mistake?
This creativity and this creative transcendence can help you find different actions to take in situations where before, you were afraid of how you might respond because you’re triggered by someone. You all know that feeling. You get afraid and obsess about it. You think about it a lot. You over think it. You breathe a lot. Then you have to face the person and the situation.
Bringing this energy of transcendence to that space completely erupts the whole situation into alignment. Our goal has been to get you to align to compassion, to feel and breathe all of your feelings up into your body and have the capacity to listen to what Intuition is going to tell you to do. Then have an Intellect that is so trained to function this way because it’s the epitome of self-love that it does what Intuition tells it at any given moment.
That has been our mission. When humans operate that way, they are so many things, what come to our mind is servants of God, helping the evolution of the entire human species, bringing science and spirit together into a new truth, a new reality that is inclusive of all science and spirit together.
This is what’s happening on the planet. You are a part of it. Having this creative transcendence means when you’re not attached to the outcome of something. Your ego is quiet and you’re much more prone to listen to Intuition or see what the imagination is trying to say: “Try this.” “Take this tactic.” Thinking strategically about how to create what’s for the good of the whole instead of just being reactionary or being rehearsed, you’re in the moment, ready to see, maybe there’s something going to happen creatively within that you can’t think of right now. So, you just have to be ready and listening for intuition.
This is the way we bypass knowledge. You don’t need to know everything. Because the Greater You already does. The voice of Intuition knows everything. It’s not going to explain everything to you, but it knows it. Your job is rechanneling this transcendent energy into the imagination. Don’t let the ego get a hold of it and get in there and start that battle. You have that power within you, everything you need to train and control that ego.
The biggest impediment that ego is going to do is to keep you from self-love. To keep you from rest when you need to rest. It’s going to drive you with guilt to go farther when maybe Intuition is saying, “Stop here.” And it has the power to do that. Ego has the power. It’s why the world is a bit terrifying right now, because people have no idea how much the ego is driving everyone when they are attached to an outcome and so sure that they’re right.
Don’t be those people. You are this new breed of psychological humans who have quietly, without a lot of fanfare, been picking up your power and changing your own lives, imbuing them with more love, consciousness, and more intention to work for the good of the whole planet right now. Because the whole planet needs you.
When you look at how people are standing up all over the world, you have to feel a part of that network that we’ve been talking about. These are the people who love themselves. They love each other, they love their communities and they’re not going to sit back and let themselves be destroyed by that evil. They’re coming together in love. This movement that is sweeping the planet right now. It’s such an exciting time to be there. We’re so honored and grateful that you people have been listening and working to be the change.
Part of our intent is to bring the message from the Party that, if you could see what we can see, you would be on your deathbeds about to implode with transformation. You would see that Point B was arrived at. It took a long journey to get there. But those of you who hold that vision in your bodies, Point B is a world that is sustainable.
For all of you, Point B is the same. It’s the self-love that’s overflowing in you and the bounty, whatever that means for you personally. Because this is no longer about money. It’s no longer about the need primarily to have money. When you get to Point B, it’s not that there’s not money, it’s just that you have so many other priorities. But if you’re self-sustainable, then you have enough money.
More than anything, you have an operating system that is regenerating creative outcomes for you. And you have a choice: are you going to work within that operating system or are you going to let ego buck it and become the oppositional aspect that takes over the whole system and drives you right off the cliff? Ego will do that.
Taking the long view, this is all about you coming into alignment with compassion. These are the lessons that you as humans have to learn. You’re going an absolutely beautiful job of it. There are generations now because of all you who are listening who are going to receive these gifts as well. Because you are changing on such a rudimental level that you change the DNA of your entire species.
This day in February 23, 2020 is just another shining example of what the power of love can do. And never forget that. The power of love, the power of compassion, therefore the power of your own intuition. The power that you have to step back and get to know yourself through these new, creative definitions, going back to what Barbara was defining for you. Every day you have a chance to re-define yourself and re-define the world.
Our suggestions are basic: reducing judgements. Reducing judgements is a very simple thing that you can do that will go a very long way. Once you get into a habit of reducing judgments, you begin to see how judgmental that you are. Granted, there are times to be judgmental in terms of judging if something is going to hurt you. For the most part, once you clear out egotistical judgments which are basically just descriptions.
Remember, we are creatively changing all the descriptions in the world. Judgments are just one way to describe the world. Once you remove those, then you begin to see the world with a bigger eye. Therefore, you’re able to hear better for those intuitive creative ideas and images.
Two things will happen when you try and stop judging: one is your Intellect will buck and fight you; and two, there’s an emotion behind the judgment. There’s no judgement about the emotion behind the judgment. But there is an emotion behind it. So, feeling and breathing and releasing that trapped emotion will help to soften the view.
But also, force yourself to look, if it’s a good judgment— “Oh, that is just the best thing! I have to have that! That is the best thing for me! I need to have that!”—try to think of the bad thing. Or if it’s a bad thing, try to think of the good thing. In that way, you start to participate in a process that will naturally start thinking that way. You’ll see something and think, “Oh, that would be great! But boy, I bet it would be a lot of this and that, too.” You just become more balanced. More well-rounded.
Another thing to continue this creative transcendence is, we realize it’s not always fun to have bad things happen to you or have physical pain or terrible emotion. But humor is a savior. Sometimes the aspect in you that really is the last part of you that wants to be amused because you’re in such a funk or it’s been such a terrible thing, or whatever … even if in that moment you are not amused, it still is a, done right—you’re not making fun of somebody, but you’re bringing a humor that you really feel, because you see that whatever this person is going through, they’re going to get through it and they’re just being dramatic—that kind of thing.
So, you do the same thing. All of you do the same thing—you become dramatic. Being able to call upon that humor is going help you go through a long way to help you detach from being in the world, but not of it.
These simple little things, about judgments and humor and always of course gratitude—in the weeks ahead, we want to challenge you to really go further with this. To go further than you’ve been. And that’s another meaning of the word “transcendence”: going above what’s the human capacity. Pushing yourself to go further. It’s part of evolution, the evolution of human consciousness.
As you push yourself to go further, take note of the manifestations that are bigger than you could have controlled. For example, say you needed a handyman. You opened up the phone book and pointed at a person and called. Turned out it was a great relationship, you have a handyman for life, someone that you learned to trust. It’s a wonderful thing that happened. That’s greater than you could have thought. Because if you sat down and said, “OK, I have no idea who the handyman is. I’m going to look in the Yellow Pages. I’m going to just close my eyes and just point to one and that person is going to end up being a very trustworthy person that stays with me for a long time.” You would probably never do that. You’d be very doubtful, which wouldn’t be a bad thing.
We’re just saying to creatively change the way you look at life. Remember, “creative” is about originality and expressiveness. Get original. Get authentic. When in doubt, ask yourself, “Where are these things that, really, I couldn’t have thought about and made happen.” Then you start counting them, and you see that life is much more magical than that little army of ego will let you believe, particularly when you’re feeling deep feeling that’s not comfortable.
When you break that trap, that attachment that ego has to those feelings of sadness or anger or physical pain. Nobody wants to feel any of this. Nobody wants to go through any of this. But you really also don’t need that army of ego voices trampling all over you while it’s going on.
Getting that all in alignment to compassion, every minute of every day gives you an opportunity to have this Witness witnessing your life, getting used to having a multi-dimensional operating system. It’s not just your body, it’s multi-dimensional. There’s a whole bunch of different parts of it. The body is certainly the place where the ego and all the personality are defined but it’s a great big operating system. Bring it with you everywhere you go.
When you’re falling asleep at night, think about Point B. Think about it in your body. Be a child about it. Don’t let that ego tell you it’s not feasible, or don’t get your hopes up. Be that child and say, “You know what? I can’t get to Point B if there isn’t a Point B. So, I’m going to go to Point B in my time travel. I’m going to live there for a while, breath it in, and draw myself to it.”
Also, that part of you can give you some good advice. It’s already been through that long journey from Point A to Point B. You’re now really working your multi-dimensional system by taking the advice of your older, wiser self. It’s a beautiful connection.
These steps that you’re taking, they will impact your life. It’s scientifically impossible for this work not to. We are excited because more and more, all of you can consult with us and have such an open relationship with us. You don’t need Barbara. But when we do come together and you hear this voice, it’s just a confirmation that everything you know that you yourself have a relationship with all of those in the non-physical who surround you.
These are indeed very, very exciting times for all of us. And with all of this said, we will open for any questions or conversation.
Transcend: To pass beyond a human limit; to exist above and independent of the material experience and the universe.
Join us for the next in our series exploring the art of transcendence. Come learn together how to live fully, richly, deeply in the world but not be of it. Find peace in your relationships, starting with yourself. All are welcome.
Losing someone you love is never easy. People often ask me if, since I can talk to dead people, I still feel sad at the passing of a friend or family member, knowing they’re still alive somewhere and that I can talk to them.
Yes, of course I still go through grief. But Einstein has been teaching us how to live in the non-physical (the same state as Afterlife) while also in our bodies and to consciously prepare for death. Because I have learned to develop living relationships with my dead friends in Afterlife, perhaps my mourning doesn’t last as long as most.
It is with equal sadness and excitement today that I honor the passing of my dear friend and Conflict REVOLUTION coach Mary Catherine Kline. She left the physical on October 7, 2019 after a long dance with cancer. She is sorely missed by many.
We first met in 2008 at a group channel I was conducting in Ohio. She coincidentally sat directly to my right. Ever after when people asked her how we met, she would say that she got to sit at the “right hand of Barbara the channel almighty.” Ha ha.
Several months later, she called to invite me to play music at a spiritual retreat she was planning. After saying no three times, which she would not take for an answer, I finally gave in and flew to Florida for Sand, Sea, and Spirit. She did a presentation that was so passionate and articulate, I asked her to teach and train Conflict REVOLUTION. With a resounding yes, yes, and yes, she went on to get certified and integrate Con REV into her own healing practices and daily life.
Cathy was a master at perseverance and maintaining a positive, powerful attitude. She never shirked the difficult work of Conflict REVOLUTION. Nor did she ever back away from me when I was in need, instead happily becoming my cheerleader, coach and biggest fan.
Vivacious, with an infectious laugh that often rang out loudly at her own jokes, Cathy was generous to a fault and willing to help just about anyone. We never hesitated to call in times of need and were there for each other through thick and thin.
The Massage Cream Conflict
Cathy’s passion for Con REV was fully revealed in a conflict we went through that we dubbed The Massage Cream Conflict. She had just organized and promoted a very successful Conflict REVOLUTION workshop in Columbus. As we were divvying up the proceeds, I asked if I could buy some of her massage cream. She said she had to order it, but would bring it when she came to Corpus Christi to finish her classroom certification training. So I left her the money from my pile of cash—or so I thought.
She arrived in Corpus at the same time as Holly, my other dear friend and Con REV trainee from Portland. As they were unpacking, Cathy brought out the massage cream and told me I owed her $25. Wait! I was sure I had paid her out of my Ohio cash before I left.
She, on the other hand, distinctly remembered that I would pay for it in Texas. Trouble was, neither of us kept a record of the agreement, and we each had an entirely different memory of what took place.
I knew she wasn’t trying to rip me off, and she knew that of me. In all our other business dealings, we had meticulously signed contracts, but nothing in writing for this transaction.
After going back and forth each trying to prove ourselves right, we decided to Rev the conflict together—see how long it would take us to revolve and resolve it. Holly would be the “peace” in the middle. What a perfect spontaneous exercise for the teacher training: an active conflict between us. We named it the Massage Cream Conflict.
I quickly got to my root. The truth was, there was no record, period. Dang. I couldn’t prove that I was right, and neither could she. With no proof, we had to admit that we just didn’t know. Commit to the mystery. End of story.
As soon as I accepted that we’d never know the truth, I stopped arguing my position. My focus turned to creating a solution for the good of all. I didn’t want Cathy to pay for the cream twice, nor did I. So what was a fair resolution to this mystery?
Cathy, however, continued to argue that she was right. I kept responding with what I knew for sure—that we had no proof—and she’d reluctantly agree, but come back with more evidence she’d thought of to prove she was right. Each time she did, I’d reiterate, “We have no proof of what really happened, so let’s figure out what to do.” That was my story and I stuck to it.
Cathy eventually had her AHA moment that inspired her to stop defending her position. As soon as she did, we found our resolution: Holly had offered to buy the creme, but since we didn’t know who paid for it, we didn’t know who should get the money. So both we agreed to gift it to her as a way to resolve the conflict.
After, in her typical big-hearted way, Cathy offered me a free massage, just in case I was the one taking the loss. Not to be out-generous-ed, I gave her several CDs from my channeling series, just in case it was her loss.
What a beautiful outcome for the good of all, considering what could have happened.
The Massage Cream Conflict was a powerful lesson in “Do you want to be right, or do you want to make peace?” Had we not had examined this conflict, I would was sworn I was right and continued to perpetuate my need to prove it. Once I stopped fighting and refocused on finding a creative solution for the good of all, I changed the energy of the conflict, thereby influencing the outcome. For me, this is exactly what becoming the change looks like.
In the past several years, Cathy experienced some profound losses. Her precious 10-year-old granddaughter was diagnosed with brain cancer. Shortly after that, she, too, was diagnosed with cancer. Later, she discovered one of her friends after they committed suicide by hanging.
Cathy weighed the decision about treatment heavily. Having lost many family members to cancer, she knew what happened with chemotherapy. Plus she knew if she were to undergo chemo while her granddaughter was also going through it, she wouldn’t have the energy to be there for her, and that meant more to her than her own life. So she underwent an operation, but passed on the chemo and radiation in order to be fully present with her granddaughter as she went through her ordeal.
Due to conflicts with the family, Cathy was not able to see her for the last six months of her life. That broke her heart, for so many reasons. Shortly after her granddaughter passed, she found her friend, hanging in a barn. She started to get sicker and eventually found out her cancer had spread to her liver. That was when she started on chemo, which she did off and on for the next few years.
Last Spring I got a message from her. She was in the hospital being treated for the ravaged mess she had become. Nothing was helping. She had finally reached the end of her rope, weeping and sobbing and in massive pain, as sick as she’d ever been.
I offered to come to Ohio. If we couldn’t manage her condition, I assured her I would be there to help her take the next steps towards the end of life.
When I arrived in Columbus, we went to the doctor, who suggested more chemo. She refused to put herself through that again and asked for other options. His only other suggestion was hospice.
She decided to take her healing into her own hands. At first, she made a valiant effort. She got her medical marijuana card, and I started cleaning out her pantry and preparing to cook her healing foods. But after only one day, she was exhausted and came to the conclusion that she was ready to prepare to die.
In that surreal moment, sitting in her living room looking at each other silently, sadly, both of us at a loss, something shifted. Later, my friend Lily would call it “transcendence.” Whatever it was, as soon as she released the struggle to live and took steps to prepare to die, the universe seemed to leap into action and support her.
It began when she was telling me about her family. When she mentioned her younger brother, immediately the phone rang, and it was him. Since she talked to him only a few times a year, this was unusual.
We began to discuss how to connect with hospice. At that moment, the phone rang and it was the nurse from the doctors office, the one we needed to speak to about that.
In another truly eerie moment, out of the blue I received a text from Amy, a psychic who had given me a reading with my mother after she died. I had not heard from her in almost a year. That day at Cathy’s, she texted to say she was getting a message from my mom to tell me that we were doing all the right things and that we had a lot of support from the other side. Amy had no idea where I was or what was going on! In essence, I got a text from my mother from Afterlife assuring me that we were on the right track.
People would call as soon as we mentioned their name. Cathy’s apartment filled with the comings and goings of visitors, friends and family as they all came to love her.
I flew back and forth to Columbus three times. We shared so much during those weeks. One night was just her raging and weeping for hours. Other days we laughed so hard our sides ached. She was meticulous in tending to the details of the end of her life: making sure her three kids and three grandkids were prepared, giving away her possessions to people she loved, closing out accounts, making plans for her care.
The hospice team was incredible, bringing her back to life with their loving care and precise medications. Seeing her released from the misery of trying to be healed, to being made to feel comfortable and out of pain was like night and day.
Cathy had one last reading from me. Her last question is very telling of what her attitude was in life:
When I left for the last time in July, she was doing so well she even drove me to the airport. But after, she slowly started to fade, sleeping more and more, losing mental clarity, eventually switching over to morphine in the end.
I was not with her when she passed peacefully with family and friends at her side. But spending time with her at the end of her life was one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received. When I was with her, the synchronicity was breathtaking and the love of friends and family profound and inspiring. When I was away from her, I longed to be in her living room, in that state of transcendence. It was hard to care about the regular events of life as I experienced her impending death—death that will come for us all someday.
I’ve seen her in Afterlife, as vibrant and tenacious as she was in the physical, her trademark laugh ringing through the ethers. She’s riding along with me on my gravitational wave, in her joyful state, reunited with friends and family and especially with her beloved granddaughter.
It’s only been recently, however, that she has been showing up in readings, with specific messages about her experiences. And just like in life, she has a lot to say!
Cathy attended most every one of our call-in group channeling sessions since I started doing them in 2009. This next session is the first one since her passing. Even though she’s not here physically, we talked about this very day in the last weeks of her life. She is indeed at the table with the Party. I am excited to see what she has to say.
Cathy Kline, I love you so much and miss you like crazy. I’m looking forward to this new relationship from Afterlife. I hope you continue to teach me from there, like how you taught me in life to commit to the mystery, gracefully face death, and live and die in peace and dignity.
Save me a seat.
