Due to illness, we are cancelling the July 9th telechannel.
I apologize for the disruption of our sessions. I will miss everyone until July 23, 9 AM central.
Please take good care of yourselves. As I have been recovering from this, I feel that the self love I have been practicing regularly has helped me settle into the situation and appreciate the down time. So keep up the good work of self-loving self talk, compassion and detachment, and feeling and breathing.
